kakashi also has a technique called kamui (god's majesty) that does this
It requires the Sharingan to focus on a particular point, which forces that point to collapses in on its self, ultimately sending everything within that point to transport to another location. Due to it's nature as a Mangekyo Technique, Kamui costs an large amount of chakra. (long range)

well you dont actually need a sensei to teach somebody you must know the jutsu and how it works practice more on the jutsu you almost there to master it.
