We would need to find a probably Japanese related deity who is:
Immune to any jutsu.
Acts as a black hole.(evil)
And is fond of giving anyone the finalpush towards the abyss.
That would make Madara.
Then, a sage, a character or any on other deity whose by a sort of ethical and,moral discipline is able to counter or ban darkness withoput getting itself dirty while doing the job.
That´s Naruto.
Finding these,or relating them with Castiel´s prior info would put up the final jutsus(probable) in the story.
About the the earlier Hindu deities:
Brahma: Creates endless amounts of beings.
Vishnu: Protects life as in: You got Rama in Ramayana, and Arjuna in Mahabarata, often related as incarnations of Vishnu.
Plus Krishna (came around for Mahabarata): The man on stage for Vishnu.
Vishnu is supposed to protect,guide and advice. these, are all ways of preserving, enlarging, strengthening,and beautifying life.
Shiva: Even though she puts an end to things, she serves as inspiration, cause living without cause, is maningless.

Buddhism involves the 6 paths of the samsara. Kishi clearly took that and put it as a concept for the 6 paths of pain. Also japanese for samsara is rinne which is a godly realm divided by a heaven realm and a hell realm i believe.
