I mean can Sakura use her blood as a healer?
And also if Karins blood is healing, shouldnt that make Karin invincible because she has her own blood in her? Karin could murder Sakura is she fought her I Think.

The most important thing for a medical nin to observe is self-preservation. Without the healer, the teams falls. Tsunade has and will make sure that Sakura knows this, so we know Sakura will be able to uphold that first creed. Ever notice how Kabuto proves to be quite the pain in the ass to deal with?
Karin, on the other hand, was somehow hit by a team member's jutsu (Sasuke's Amaterasu). That's a little clumsy, to say the least. Sasuke himself stated that her primary role was to watch everyone's back, so by a certain logic, Sasuke was more in-tune with being a medical nin than she was.
I like Karin's look, and I like the jutsu that we have seen thus far on her part. However, at best, she was a trusted jailor for Orochimaru. While I think Sakura has her number, I think we can at least agree that it will be far from a killing should it ever come to a forefront.
