It's been showed in the manga. That the only person faster was Raikage. But then Minato died making Raikage the fastest ALIVE. Then Raikage was showed Naruto's supreme speed and then stating that Naruto is faster then Minato.

and saying Minato is only fast with FTG because he chosed to dodge Raikage with it instead of without it is stupid ... why use a knife if you have a gun?

even saying Naruto is faster than A is not proven Bolt can run in a straight line at me but I could still dodge

oh and his raw speed was demonstrated when he saved Naruto from about 5m away in the time less of that that took Madara to make a 20 cm move with his arm to stab Naruto + he had to take in the info and make a judgement

and also Yellow flash is for his raw speed and not his FTG (;adara said it aftr he used raw speed)

+ at the kage meeting the dude said A was only compareble in speed and reflexes to Minato and its impossable to be comparable to instant movement from one point to another which means either that As movement is comparable to Minatos raw speed or that that jonin which was close to A and was high enough to acompany him to the meeting was an Idiot and i dont see anyone close to Raikage and Bee underestimate Minato from what they had to say about him

Naruto's kyuubi mode speed is faster than Minato's actual speed (no FTG)

With FTG however, Minato is obviously faster

but imo its unfair to include teleportation techniques in a speed competition...
