sorry friend I think you misunderstood the leadership, Raikage didn't became the leader because he was strong but he was most trustful among the five Kages sure he is strong but that is not the primary reason that he was chosen to lead.

yeah I think Gaara's power is shown so is Tsunade's, and mizukage and raikage was shown as well, I don't think raikage possesses any greater power than his speed and lightning armour in manga when stopping naruto he didn't use anything else so it might be a possibilty, mizukage's powers are shown, the only thing left to show is tsuchigake's bloodline expansion

everyone says she's the weakest, but majorety of her training as a kid was in medical jutsu and se is said to be the best. she is regarded as the best kinochi(in other words better than the mizukage), whatever the other kages would throw at her she could heal herself. plus one hit from her can be fatal. im not saying sheis better than raikage or tsukage, but shes ot the worst either
