Any fuuton user could just ripo of his head at a distance.
A doton user could defeat him too, by making his own body like rock and smashing Hidan.
Suigetsu can kill him, normal weapons (with no raiton infused) can't hit Suigetsu, so Hidan weapon wouldn't hit him.
Kamui from Kakashi and he would be dead.
Tobi would teleport him.
Danzo would kill him with his Fuuton jutsus.
Aburame guys would suck of his chakra with their bugs.
Konan would paper cut him.
Deidara blow his head off.
Naruto would talk no jutsu on him and de-convert him from his religion, loosing the immortality power, or just would Kage Bunshin, and gang bang him.
Any Kage would kill him, maybe except Tsunade.
Nagato could kill him.
Kankurou uses puppets, so no use in getting his blood.
Etc, etc. Hidan can be easily defeated by someone that thinks or use long-range fighting.
Even Rock Lee/Neji (taijutsu guys) would defeat him

how you going to say lee, neji, kankuro, and aburame people will beat him but tsunade wont? are you joking because i hope you are. dont underestimate her she is stronger than almost all of the people you just named. she's a senju which everybody seems to forget, she's the hokage, she's a sannin, and is one of the most powerful shinobi that konoha has ever produced. we have never seen her fight all-out so you cant say she is weak. we dont know what she can do but we know that in history of konoha she has been a huge part of winning wars. dont even talk about the kabuto fight in the original show because even kabuto said he was vastly outmatched against her and so he had to resort to cutting his own wrist to take advantage of her fear of blood. he then beat her up because she wasnt fighting. she then got stabbed by oro. and then while being severely injured she got up beat oro senseless and then summoned katsuya for a show-down. to me all this screams power not weak. dont underestimate tsunade she is one of the best shinobi in the naruto world

back on topic: a bunch of people can beat hidan because he is dumb, and his attacks are slow. anyone who thinks through their attacks, anyone who is faster, and anyone who is the main character of the show can beat hidan. xd

Sorry, but I don't think either Tsunade or Sakura would be able to beat Hidan.
Yes Tsunade is a powerfull ninja, but her power resides in medic techniques and on taijutsu, and for her taijutsu, unlike Neji and Rock Lee (Neji have absolute defense and tenketsu techniques, Rock Lee have 8th gates = mega speed, mega strenght) she would have to have an amazing dodging abillity.
Yes, she is a Senju, but not all Senju's were good enough. Only Hashirama and Tobirama are talked about (maybe because they were Hokages).
How would she beat Hidan? With strenght? Only pure and raw strength? I don't know if that would work.
I can only see 3 ways of defeating Hidan completely:
Crush him
Decapitate him
Explode him/ Cut him into slices

But, you are kinda right. Tsunade taijutsu wouldn't work, but the acid of her Kuchyose/Summon (Katsuyu ??) would burn him up. SO yes, all Kages can beat him xd

He didn't want to kill him. Jiraiya was one of the strongest ninjas in Konoha, so Itachi wanted that Jiraiya will protect it as long as possible.

And Naruto fought Pain, knowing everything about his abilities, Jiraiya didn't know a thing, but gathered helpful intel.

your 3 ways of beating hidan are all things tsunade is good at.
1. crush him: tsunade has best strength out of all shinobi (stated in manga) one punch and hidan is crushed
2. decapitate him: tsunade is well skilled in medical taijutsu so im sure she could do it
3. explode him: as you said katsuya would melt him with acid (kind of like exploding)
conclusion: tsunade can beat him with overwhelming strength, skill, and intelligence

i'd like to reinforce something you said there, pain evin said at one point after he had beat jiraiya tht if he had known his secrets he would have lost

hidan is arguably the weakest in akatsuki. one of the only reasons he's there is because he is immortal and kakuzu can't kill his partner. - you are already proven wrong as shikamaru has already beaten hidan, and many many more people can to.
