Is naruto or shikamaru a better hokage

Shikamaru is an unavoidable character of "NARUTO" as he amazes us with such powerfull ideas in battle.on the other hand naruto has a great charm in making friends and is also powerfull.

I go with Shikamaru, he stands for peace and order and will get the respect of all the kages. Of course Naruto is stronger and more populair but he aint very suitable of being hokage. I think most would agree with me so I don't need to subscribe why Shikamaru is more suitable.

Definitely, Naruto has the heart and strong will to inspire the whole village, Shika doesn't have that.

Best option would be for Naruto to be a hokage, but have shikamaru as his second hand and advisor. Becouse knowing Shikamaru's personality, being a Hokage would be too troublesome for him. And Hokage have to be strong enough to protect village from threats like PAIN, Orochimaru, Akatsuki, etc...
