Sorry if this is in the wrong section,, but I just made my account,, This Roleplaying look reallyy freeaakiinn cool,, but i couldnt find a tutorial or whatev.. Do I have to become a character from Naruto,, or can I be myself? And do I have to make a BIO? Any help/tips would be GREATLY appreciated,,

here wait a sec and I'll find the outline thread for you but for now you can look at mine (in the sig ~Art~) you dont have to be a character from naruto you can make something up if you want as long as it follows the rules.
