no the e-rank ninjutsu is the only ones you auto get but some bios that you gets if you pass the test and get them you auto get to.

like minato with the FTG and stuff like that but everything else ytou have to work for...sorry

Well only Konan bio's can have paper. Normally everything has to be taught, but in the case there aren't any sensei's/sempai's for a specific skill like paper or Aburame bugs you get them by default. There aren't many Konan bio's and not a single one of them can teach it, so yes you get them by default.

Yes, however read the Kakuzu rules for more information. If you're a genin you only have one heart, as an S-jounin 2, a jounin 3, Sannin 4 and as a kage you can have 5 hearts. You only can have hearts of the elements you learned. If you didn't learn fire, you can't have the fire mask.

I think Zen also made some jutsu's for the usage of the threads.

So if someone took time to make a training guide for paper, and it is approved then you have to find a teacher. I'm wondering do you need to be a sensei/sempai to teach others then??

Where did you get that idea? Only sensei's or sempai's can teach stuff and only Konan bio's can use and teach paper to other Konan bio's. If a sensei or sempai would have a Konan bio which he or she used for a quite a while he/she is eligible to teach it if gained permission from an RP mod or admin.

I don't get where you got all the stuff of a training guide from.
