no you can´t, you must 1st make summoning contract in CJ thread (i got buzzards), than you must submit your summoning creature in the same thread and wait if they get approved, my contract already has Articuno and Lugia, 2 other people who signed it submitted Ho-Oh (the name is Oh-Ho cause ho oh is already taken), Moltres, Zapdos, Latios and Latias

Supposedly you can't since mytical and fantastic/make believe creatures aren't allowed...however recently some contracts were approved that have those types of summons.

Just submitt and wait...U_U

Pokémon contracts: no.

For instance a Lugia, Pikachu, Charizard, Weedle contract is never going to be approved.

However there is a loophole where you, within a real animal contract, can summon a Pokémon. For instance if you have a mouse contract, which is a real animal, you could make a Pikachu summoning as a lightning mouse. After all Pikachu was modeled after a mouse.

Of course this only works if your Pokémon is similar to your contract animal and if people are going to go to far with, it might get declined very easily.
