Tell me what you know about the hidden mist jutsu

Let's see. I use my chakra to manipulate the hydrogen molecules/the natural air moisture to create a thick mist. The mist is used to block one's visibility and as it's infused with your own chakra a sharingan user won't be able to locate your real position. A common counter would be some kind of wind Jutsu to blow the mist away.

That is all I can think of right now without the help of Narutopedia =/

- this is a very useful jutsu to block the sight of doujutsu like seen in the manga/anime
- You can use this as a distraction technique

- You cant see the opponent either
- Can be blasted away with wind

*I channel my chakra into the surrounding air. I try to affect the natural air moisture within it and also lift up some water particles from the lake nearby. I use my chakra to try to create a thick mist. I manage to creat a thin mist that covers my surroundings. I keep manipulating the air with my chakra and slowly the mist gets thicker. I realise that the thicker I want the mist to be the more chakra I need to use on it, after some time I created a thick mist and it's impossible to look through it with the blank eye.*

Actually I got a question about this jutsu, would it be possible to counter/overcome a fast incomming fire b/c Jutsu or could I conduct an incoming lightning(blast) Jutsu with it? If so, up to which rank?

Water beats fire...

So this can stop a B rank fire, as long as the fire blast comes from the front and is a reasonable size.

As for lightning it could conduct a lightning jutsu of one lower rank or it can block lightning jutsu of the same rank.

Without looking on the Wiki link I'd say it's basically a shadowclone created with water based chakra instead of normal chakra. I couldn't really tell the differences between this and the shadowclone Jutsu except the chakra used for them. So uhm I create an image of mine but it's not just an Illusion as the academy clone Jutsu it's physical. It can attack an opponent, perform Jutsus and turns back into normal water if it gets hit.

Edit: After checking both Jutsus on Wiki I'd say I figured out the most important differences.

1. Water clones only got 10% of the Users chakra, he shadowclones chakra'sevenly distributed among every clone. Therefore the Shadowclones can't be distinguished by the Byakugan the Waterclones can I assume.
2. The Water clones can't move to far from the Users body.
3. The experience Shadowclones gain will be transfered to the User when they poof.
4. Shadowclone is a B-Rank Jutsu not sure if this makes a big difference though as the Shadowclones usually vanish when they get hit just like the Waterclones.

One last question can I create multiple Waterclones using this Jutsu one time?
