Characters that you think need a power up?

I think Iruka, Tsunade, Neji, Sakura (defiantly Sakura), Sai, and Ebisu need a power up or to show us their true skill that they have and just haven't been showing yet.

Iruka because he's been there since the beginning and he's the academy teacher. I wouldn't want a weakling or average shinobi teaching my children how to be strong, so I think they're more to him than shown.

Tsunade because yes she's a sannin and strong but have we really seen it yet? I think kishi needs to dedicate an entire chapter to a Tsunade rampage to show how strong she really is.

Neji because he's considered a genius and we don't even get to see him fight often. He showed so much skill and promise during his and Naruto's battle but really nothing new since then.

Sakura because well she's still a whining little girl. She showed a little potential while fighting Sasori but since then nothing's changed she just sits and screams "NARUTO!!!" She was trained by a Sannin (like Sasuke and Naruto and look where they're at) but all she's done is shown she could kill a tree and fix them, but her battle prow-less is still the same as part 1. A side liner.

Sai because well he's sasuke's replacement and he's a member of the ANBU and yet his art skills really show us nothing about him. I'm hoping to see a little more of his abilities during this war.

And Ebisu because he's the shinobi personally chosen by Hiruzen to train and protect his grandson. I'm sure the Hokage himself didn't just choose him because he's a good trainer I'm sure he has some fighting skill and that's the reason he was chosen to protect the grandson of the hokage.

Most Byakugan users, for being one the three dojutsu, it his highly lacking behind the rest in terms of power. It should have like a second level to it so that it doesnt seem as forgotten about. Right at the beginning of the show the Byakugan was one of the most praised Kekkei Genkai however now it just seems forgotton about.

i think neji, tenten, kiba, sakura and hinata need some power but what do u want :| kishi needs to focus the history on the main characters and the most important characters in the history like gaara, kakashi, killer bee (even if he is only shown in shippuden he was really important in the history so far), naruto (for obvious reasons) and sasuke (kishi's beloved character -_-).

If your talking about Byakugan then just no, it can see 360 Degrees, 360º field which is 5 km, which the Sharingan or the Rinnegan never could have, the Byakugan can see chakra point's, the Sharingan can see Chakra, The Sharingan hasn't a 360 Degrees sight... not at all, the Byakugan has the Gentle fist which is awesome.

Then theres the six paths the rinnegan allows you to use which can also give you a 360º field of vision and many powerful jutsu aswell as 5 element mastery.

Also Mangekyo sharingan and the abilities that gives can easily over power and byakugan user.

Not that he's weak or anything (heck, he's one of the strongest of his generation), but people aren't going to take him seriously unless he's on the level of Sasori. If only we could see him being able to control over 100 puppets, then he might have a significantly larger fanbase.

Lee is all taijutsu, if only their was a way for Him to mold chakra you would then see a big difference in His fighting. If only their was a master out their that could Help Lee.
