Depending on what you have in mind, that would take a bit. XML's aren't that hard to code, the main task is custom making everything like the forum headers, Nav bars ect. which you would create those styles in photoshop and having it fit in with everything else.
That`s what is the real point of this thread....There is no double click, you're fucked.

The coding of an XML is simple if do it in Vbulliten, and if you are decent in photoshop. but I see it as, if it's not broke don't fix it. Who ever made the current theme did a pretty good job.
But, If this idea does get's pushed through tho, I would say that we have a somewhat competition of who can create the best back ground for the forum.

Tho, who ever does the xml work would have to create the proper backgrounds for the forum headers, sub headers, footer ect ect.

You would have to get the specific sizes for the buttons, headers everything else and trust me, there's a lot. If there was to be a comp for it I would say to just have it for the background and let the admins take care of the rest. It would turn into a big hassle.Impossible is nothing ...
