` Zen, I hope you don't have a problem with the jutsu format I'm using. (which I don't see any reason I can't use this format, since it doesn't cause any harm) I'm just making things more understandably. Which this way, I see would make it. Maybe the old jutsu formate, should have an update itself, into this one. :p

Name: Katon Ninpou: Totsuzen no futtō | Fire Release Ninja Art: Sudden Boiling

Chakra will accumulate, then release through his feet, creating a scalding explosion of steam that will hide his presence, and create a painful, tactical diversion. Because the user is controlling the Katon technique, the user will not be burned.
Drawbacks: The amount of steam is large, and of course hot. Because of the amount of heat in the air, Water Release is also impeded, for approximately three turns, until the air is sufficiently cooled to allow condensation. Paper-based techniques (including fuuinjutsu scrolls) are also nullified.
Likewise, those using Boil Release can take advantage of the steam cloud immediately.

The prison is special if the opponent attacks the walls of the dome they will instantly shatter and ice needles will shoot out of the wall's of the prison spewing the opponent all over. The gaps can be opened and closed at the will of the user and by using the technique again gaps in the ice will close. By applying B ranked chakra to the technique the layer of ice will double in thickness.

Description: The user releases a tremendous amount of Ice Release chakra, blue chakra bursts forth from their body in the form of a huge aura and is released into the area, the temperature within mid range of the user will drop by around twenty Celsius and a noticeable icy mist will form. The user then raises their hand into the air and released chakra will gather from the atmosphere in streaks of light to form five volleyball sized of pure Ice Release chakra taking around two seconds each which will orbit around the user's head as a neutral state and are moved through willpower, the ground will feel small tremors during this period.. These orbs can move a distance of one hundred metres from the user. These orbs move at around 16 Agility. Upon touching a target they will completely, permanently change that target to ice rendering it useless to them and manipulatable by the user. E.g. Touches an arm, the arm will change to ice. These ice orbs freeze B ranked and below fire techniques that come within a metre of them without dispelling. The same goes for small projectiles such as shuriken and kunai. Water within one metre of the orbs will freeze as well.
Drawbacks: The technique uses up a massive amount of chakra. Additionally if the technique touches an ally they are not exempt to the effects.
* Can only be used once in battle
* Orbs last three turns or until all destroyed
* No Fire jutsu can be used while this jutsu is active
* The user will feel exhausted when ending the jutsu and will only be able to use 2 jutsu that turn.

Wolverine Arts: The wolf’s bite = Kuzuri Biijutsu: Ookami no Hitonomi

Description: To use this technique the user must be in Wolverine mode or Wolverine Mode stage 2. Once the transformation is complete, the user will bite the opponent, releasing a small amount of poison through his canine teeth into the enemy’s blood and nervous system. As a result a part of the opponent’s central nervous system temporarily “shuts down”. In a matter of seconds the opponent will start losing the ability to think properly and will very soon forget how to perform some very simple simple tasks, for example - molding chakra, preventing him from using any techniques above B-rank for the first turn, and A-rank for the 2nd turn.
Note: Lasts 2 turns.
Note: The user must bite the opponent to activate the effects of this technique.

Description: The user performs 8 handseals and slams his hands against the ground, releasing extreme amounts of chakra as he makes contact, doing so, the user makes the entire city of Asgaard rise up from the ground in wooden form, the city is complete, with walls watchtowers and a great hall. The whole city is made of heartwood, (the hardest type of tree) and is infused with the users chakra, the city is about 3x3 kilometers big. The user is able to make the whole city sink down into the ground again, by performing 6 handseals and using 40 chakra, this counts as a seperated S-ranked Mokuton jutsu.
Notes:
• Because of the giant strain on the body, the user cannot use B-ranked and above techniques for three turns, after this turn.
• It takes about 15 seconds for the city to fully appear.
• it's not required for the user to have his hands on the ground, after slamming his hands against the ground.
• Can only be used once.
• The user receives 35 damage because of the strain this jutsu puts on the body.

Description: The hilt and the blade is skillfully forged of the purest iron.
The design of the blade is a broad guard with wildly flaring ends and a nicely defined D-shaped pommel, the blade also contains a fuller of medium width, making the sword more easier to swing. The sword is capable getting Fuuton Chakra tranfered into it. The Knud is very usefull since when transfered Fuuton Chakra into it's capable of striking through B-Ranked and lower Ranked Doton jutsus, not only that though, fighting against Raiton The Knud is able to Defend ore either attack through S-Ranked and lower Raiton Jutsus.

Description: As the user is facing the target he in a swift motion turns around so his back is turning towards his target whilist drawing his sword from it's sheath turning the hilt upwards and the pommel of the sword downwards. He then foricbly thrust the Sword it into his own Belly.
~The user cannot use any Elemental Ninjutsu in this Stance.

Description: After using Dance of the Suicidal Samura: Harakiri the user quickly pulls his sword out of his belly, however leaving the pommel of the sword still inside, whereafter he releases all his Chakra into the Pommel of the sword and pulls it back in, as the Pommel sticks out of the users back once again it releases such a powerfull wave of pure Chakra that tears everything behind him apart.
~Must have used Dance of the Suicidal Samurai: Harakiri before using this Technique.

The effects of the mushrooms lasts for a while, though as they wear off the side effects will be a heavy headache.

~ Can only be used once and pushes the user's limits to Tsunade's strenght and Raikage's speed in his Lightning armour.

Description: The user does a three handseals and spreads his chakra through the air. Anybody in the area will then be affected by a genjutsu that causes them to see things either sped up or slowed down to a extreme. This drastically hampers the user ability to react and target the user or jutsu techniques aimed at them, as techniques will seemed to be launched at them in blinding speed or slowed to a halt so while the user sends techniques at the opponent they are launched slowly, when in actuality the user may have finished his technique and gone onto the next one thus harming the opponent.

Description: Koichi and Koji are the first two sons of the great Tusk Boar Lord. They both look much alike one another except that Koichi has a tattoo on his right shoulder and left shoulder (勇- Right shoulder, meaning courage & 敬- Left shoulder, meaing respect), Koichi has the ablitiy to use his fur as an attack (like Jiraiya useing his hair againist Pein) extending his hair to stab the opponent with his thick course hair. Description: User casts wide area genjutsu which can influence all humans in that area. Genjutsu itself isn't versatile. It traps user and his targets into world placed in their very own minds where they continue the battle. In that world user has a role of architect and is able to change certain parameters like restricting bloodline limits, certain types of jutsus, changing terrain etc. All these parameters affect user as well and the only thing that this jutsu actually does is evening the odds. Once someone dies in this world he dies in real world too due to death of the brain (like in matrix). Although user gets the chance to even the odds against fighters stronger than he is, being the architect puts a lot of strain on his own brain which can kill him if the genjutsu does not end before certain time.
-User can maintain this jutsu for up to 5 turns after which he has to deactivate it or he will die.
-If the user deactivates jutsu after 5th turn he will fall unconscious.
-User can't change parameters once they have been set and they affect all humans (both user and his targets) under genjutsu equally.
-User isn't able to, for example, trap opponent in a cage while he is free or summon him right on top of vulcano. Jutsu can only be used to even the odds, not to benefit either of affected parties.

If you think that the concept of jutsu is fine, but you don't agree with some effects, feel free to change any effect or restriction.

Description: König, meaning King in german, is a very tall painfully dark Marten, from the size of his queen, Rot Krallen. He is extremely well versed on fightning arts, and it's blood tainted gaze releases a Killing Intend one Rank stronger that the summoner, being that König will always be superior than his summoners. He fights mostly with his bare paws, being so that a strong punch from him will vibrate through the direct vincity, causing severe damage to the internal organs. He wears clawed steel gloves, and holds a large steel machete on his back. His right eye has 3 ripped scars, made by the only opponent who ever wounded him, his wife, of course, Rot Krallen.
He speaks in a very thick german accent, in a very harsh and cold basso tone. It is really hard to have control over König. Female summoners have to be in the good graces of Krallen, while male summoners have to impress him deeply. Lili-Chwan has achieved both.

Or when the person runs electricity through his the body, loss of control makes it short-circuit and shock the body. Or when the user encases him/herself in earth, the earth constricts around the body, harming and preventing breathing. This does not serve to augment the damage of the technique, if the opponent manages to fulfill the technique, it just makes it backfire. This genjutsu doesn't work on every technique nor on every situation, the user must balance the usage of this technique with situations where increasing the technique would make it backfire. Only one jutsu is affected by the technique, the following ones will not be.
*The genjutsu will only affect people from the same rank and bellow. Sharingan users or other Genjutsu specialists will be able to affect one rank above*

If someone perform's a Fire technique which is S-Rank and below then the Sand will simply surround it thus making the Fire getting absorbed in the Sand thus making the Sand as hard as Solid and Crumble. If an Opponent perform's a Water technique which is S-Ranked or below then the Sand can absorb the water and turn wet and muddy, hence it falls to the ground and lose control. He can exhale a hot, dense, concentrated A-Rank short to long range fire stream from his mouth once per turn (counts as one of the users jutsu except if Shiroi is in play) and is immune to fire up to B-Rank. He's a strong taijutsu warrior that can fight and move upright in his hind legs like a human, with strength that rivals a well trained med ninja at his best but has the average speed of a normal ninja. Description:
Akushuu is a very small panda the size of a pincher dog. Although his looks may be deceiving since he almost looks like a baby-panda, he's a very old being, nearing 500 years. With his old age and his small body he can't attack or cast jutsu. He was born with a birth defect that granted him isolation from the Panda Kingdom throughout almost his whole life: his sweat glands constantly produce a pheromone charged with his chakra that affects the Peripheral Nervous System, rendering humans/animals paralyzed after some time. This means that anyone who inhales/swallows his pheromone instantly becomes affected by an A-Rank genjutsu. This Genjutsu causes progressive numbness leading to ultimate paralysis. He meditated and trained for 2 and a half centuries in complete isolation, until he was able to control it. By controlling it, Akushuu gained the ability to use his own chakra to dispel genjutsu from his allies. This happens because his allies continue to breathe his chakra infused pheromones while he is in play, keeping a constant source of foreign chakra to enter their systems. The time it takes until the enemy suffers full paralysis depends on the amount of pheromone swallowed/inhaled, so it’s related to their rank:

Gennin and Chunnin: Same turn that Akushuu comes into play
S-Jounin: Turn after Akushuu comes into play
Jounin: Second turn after Akushuu comes into play
S-Ninja: Third turn after Akushuu comes into play
Sannin and Kage: Forth turn after Akushuu comes into play
Sage: Fifth turn after Akushuu comes into play (Akushuu is already out of the battle field)

When Akushuu comes into play, a light musk smell spreads on the whole battlefield. To release the Genjutsu, one must either vanish Akushuu, or have a constant supply of allied foreign chakra, constantly repressing the Genjutsu for as long as Akushuu is in play. Momentary repressions of the Genjutsu will lessen the numbness and paralysis but are irrelevant to the end result. After the 4 turns, when Akushuu vanishes, any normal ways to release A ranked Genjutsus are possible, but if the enemy doesn’t dispel it, he still gets affected by it. Description:
When facing an enemy lightning technique, the user extends his right hand while infusing his body with his own lightning chakra. Upon receiving the enemy lightning in his hand he uses his own lightning chakra to direct the flow of electricity through his body to the ground (effectively grounding the lightning). The user must possess a great amount of chakra control and great experience in both shape and nature manipulation, as he has to make the electrical energy pass through his body without passing trough his heart as he also matches the exact amount of electrical energy received to enable him to control its flow. The amount of electrical energy one can direct is proportionate to ones own chakra, meaning that the users rank defines the rank of the technique. Upon releasing the electrical current through his feet, the energy produces a short range electrical shockwave that travels mostly in the ground in all directions around the user paralyzing both enemies and allies caught in it for 1 turn. The strength of the wave is 1 rank below the rank of the defended jutsu.

Description:
Pandas are the masters of balance and equilibrium. One of their teachings is "when in the mist of a difficult struggle, start with a deep breath before your first blow". Panda Sages have discovered that emotions and some external influences, can create a "noise" in the persons Chakra Circulatory System. This noise, while innate and benign to all beings with chakra, disrupts the maximum output of chakra, limiting the individuals abilities. Mastering this ancient art is the first step in mastery all the Panda Arts. The user closes his eyes for a split second and takes a deep breath, calming his chakra flow. When he opens his eyes again, the kanji for balance will be visible in ones forehead in black like a tattoo and his chakra flow will be calm and perfectly balanced. This is achieved by controlling ones emotions and body, which can only be achieved by years of both meditation and complete comprehension of ones true self. This means that the natural use of chakra is optimized to the maximum, enabling a boost in all vital functions, giving the user more strength and speed as well as more durability. The balanced and optimized chakra flow gives the user a boosted damage in all elemental jutsu and regular jutsu, and strengthens the chakra flow, raising the resistance to Genjutsu:

Description:In this techniques (Its not exactly a technique rather a state of mind) the user calms himself down and gets rid of all emotions like rage,fear,sadness or happiness. This helps the shinobi to concentrate on the surroundings and the opponent and the battle with a clear mind no matter what the opponent does the user remains unperturbed making it impossible to loose focus. This technique makes its user a complete fighting machine.
-Whence activated stays on for the rest of the battle.
-even in this state the user feels pain
-After deactivation the user suffers drawbacks of sleepy behaviour and need to take a bed rest for a day at the least!!


(Ninjutsu:Henzai)-Omnipresence

For this jutsu the user makes three handseals Rat → Bird → snake
and claps his palms together in front of him and then releases chakra from the various chakra points throughout his body creating an orb of chakra surrounding the body of the user that stretches upto 20 to 30 feet just a little more than what is mid distance this orb allows the user to sense any thing present in that radius along with the nature of the chakra the opponent is manipulating also any projectile or opponent intrusion is detected instantly in this jutsu!!
-It is invisible to normal eyes but can be seen with sharingan doujutsu.
-if the user stands on the ground he cannot sense the movement from below the ground ......until the opponent resurfaces
-if the user stands on the water surface then he is able to sense any movement in the concerned radius even from below the water

Description:
This jutsu is the trademark of all the ringtail summons and a very interesting property of there long tail. In this jutsu any ringtail summon is able to surround themselves with there tail creating an extraordinary defense for them. Upon surrounding they can also harden it to whatever hardness they want max it can be as hard as diamond when defending (Reference: Monkey king enma formed a staff as hard as admantium). Also the tail can be extended to strike an enemy by hardening the hair on the tail into sharp spikes.
The tail stretches upto Long range (while attacking) for large sized summons and upto mid for medium sized summons.
-All the ringtail summons can use this jutsu.
-This jutsu will protect the user against jutsu of the same rank or below there own rank.
Example: A rank summon - Defense against all A rank jutsu
-No summon except master shifu (summoning boss) can create a S rank defense using this jutsu (will defend against S rank jutsu of any element)

He channels lightning through this sword enhancing its cutting power to its maximum. He also has a very heightened sense of smell which allows him to smell out his enemies location. Herankuji has mastered all forms of kenjutsu and is able to use suiton and doton upto A rank with his sword sheathed. He is extremely quick and moves with unparalleled agility for some one so huge.
-can be summoned twice in a battle.
-Remains on the battle field for 6 turns in a row.
-can use suiton and doton upto A rank.

Background:
After having signed the ringtail contract han was summoned to the ringtail village of sonaya by master shifu...
Han: whats up with summoning me so suddenly old man!!!
Shifu: It has been decided among us ringtails that u have showed yourself worthy enough (Pff...i was completely against this!!) to use a art we ringtails have given generations of ours to learn and understand.......its an interesting one.
Han: No not the crapy old guy knowledge...!!
Shifu: Shut up u insolent brat!!! Do not interrupt me again!!...
Han: (speaks in an undertone......old fart!!)
Shifu: Listen closely the art that we have been trying to develop is the art of the spirits...more correctly the art of summoning spirits.....Spirits are huge amounts of chakra reserves...since they are not bound by physical limitations it is this power that you shall exploit....with the summoning of the spirits ..but understand this human body is not made to bear such sudden upsurge of chakra from outside....u need to undergo extensive training that u could harness the power of this spirits even for a short amount of time in your battles......There are four such ancient spirits that u could summon....
The first is the heavenly spirit of grega which is the most purest of all spirits and is friendly enough to move into the atmosphere to avoid damage to your body if u are not able to control its power....and this is the spirit i recommend u to use most of the time......whenever u summon a spirit all five senses of your body get sharpened .......to the extremes..
the spirit of grega is what u shall train with atm u will learn about the reamaining scrolls eventually....Whenever u summon a spirit u shall enter the spirit reaper mode

Description:
Grega is the first spirit that i ever learned to summon and control. The summoning of grega requires the user to make a row of 120 handseals and the speaking of the ancient language of the ringtails . So for this purpose one needs ringtails with the knowledge of the ancient language in my case they were seto and geto who would sit on my shoulders and make the seals and the prerequisites. This takes one complete turn and after that the user removes the scroll of grega and wiping blood on the scroll summons grega the heavenly spirit. Seto and geto can then disappear if they want. Grega is pure spiritual energy after entering the spirit reaper mode the users eye sight becomes extraordinarily sharp his ears are able to pick up slightest of variations. And the user becomes extremely quick since all his moves are augmented by the spiritual energy of grega. The speed of the user in the spirit reaper mode can be said to be in par with the sage mode.......also the speed of making the seals is increased about 3 fold.
-The spirit reaper mode with grega remains active for 10 turns in a row.
-The spirit does not harm the body of the user but still such an upsurge from an external chakra source leaves the body in a vulnerable state making it impossible to use jutsu of S or above rank after the mode wears off for the rest of the battle...
-Needs one turn for it to be ready.
-can be used once in a battle.
-Needs to summon seto and geto first.
-And requires one whole turn to form/get ready to use.
-Necessary to hold the ringtail summoning contract.
-Needs to go extremely difficult training at the ringtail village of sonaya to be able to summon spirits.
