The condensed raiton chakra forms a ball between the user's hands, and than is shot out at or near the enemy. If not shot directly at the opponent that ball can stop in mid air, and fire out several small balls of electricity in 360 degrees.
note: User has to get to long range or defend against the A.O.E attack also
note: When shot as A.O.E dmg reduces to 20(aka paralyze)

Description: The User releases raiton in the form of protons all around him/her. This proton field cancels out any B rank Raiton jutsu coming toward them as a current. The jutsu stops raiton jutsus cancels out jutsus if they are in a Sphere or current shape.

Overview: Large land avian summon. Affinity for genjutsu and wind/water/fire jutsus. Weak to Raiton. Animals that are know for their large extravagant tail, which can place enemies in a genjutsu if it is spread wide. Peacocks also have sharp claws for slashing and cutting. Peacocks aren't able to fly for long distances and serve as poor sources of transportation most of the time.
Only Manwe and Gwaihir can fly for extend timed other peacocks limited to 2 turns of flight in battle.

All who sign the contract must get this Peacock tatoo below their left wrist

The user than holds .Gwaihir is one of the four lords of the Peacocks. As the lord of the sea, Gwaihir knows Fuuton up to B rank . Gwaihir also has massive talons to cut and slice opponent. Gwaihir is quarter the size of gamabunta. Can place enemy under a B rank genjutsu of paralysis if the enemy looks when Gwaihir shows his unfolded tail. Gwaihir is one of two peacocks that have master full flight or the Manwe.

Description: When the user performs a Water Shark missile this jutsu can be activated when the missile is in flight. After performing two hand seals the shark missile open its mouth wide and split into to smaller faster sharks that collide on the opponent exploding. The collision than turns into a giant sphere like water prison. Once the opponent is captured the sphere explodes. This always the shark missile to dodge a blocking jutsu and continue to attack the target.

Description:The user will perform 5 handseals and extend his arm in front of him. A perfect orb of water will then materialize inches away from his palm, without being in contact with the user. This jutsu is used to imprison the opponent inside the sphere as he stand close range from him. This jutsu shares the fundamental principals of both "Water Prison" and "Water Shockwave" in which the user will materialize the water out of thin air, and then shape it into the water prison. Similar to the water prison, once caught, it's impossible to move. This jutsu is high ranked for it's complexity since it combine both technique.

Description: The user will focus a massive amount of water and lightning chakra in the tip of his index and middle finger, closing his hand with only those two fingers pointed outward. Then, when he's ready, he will aim at his enemy and shoot an extremely powerful stream of water with a lightning arc coiling around the beam. The water as well as the lightning will be spinning, granting a powerful drilling effect able to pierce almost any defense in mid-range (Custom Elements excluded). The stream is somewhat narrow, being only 2 inches in diameter. This technique is near impossible to avoid in short range because of it's raw speed.

Description:
Fenikkusu no me the twin blade that long ago filled terror in the hearts and minds of its opponent....the wielder of these swords was a shinobi of untold prowess but with legends came backstabbers and with the fear that the swords may fall into wrong hands the shinobi left the swords in the care of his twin summons genja and trenja the first ringtail summons...Later the swords were passed on to -HAN- who was the next person to sign the ringtail summon contract....thereby he underwent the most difficult training in the wielding of the twin blade gaining him the title of the blue spirit....and a mask that he would wear whenever he weilded the twin swords..


The unique properties of the swords were as follows...
-Both the swords were made up of an unknown rare element which made them impossible to go blunt...and were thus indestructible
-The wielding of these swords by the user with the mask makes him the blue spirit of the dual swords
-But the best part about the swords lies in the fact that if the user channels a certain chakra nature into one sword the other sword will drain your chakra and get charged with the chakra nature that would enhance the chakra nature in the other sword....
e.g 1st sword fire (user channels) - 2nd sword wind (automatically)
-The swords when charged with fire in a particular exact amount simultaneously get a little golden glow along there edge and is known to be able to cut through even a diamond hard substance whatsoever.. (though for a thing as hard as a diamond the damage would be considerably reduced compare to other less hard stuff)
-The user has a tattoo on his wrist and the forehead to which when the user sends chakra he is able to summon the sword and the mask (This happens in an instant) right in his hands
-The sword and the mask can be de-summoned any time the user wants...(they return to there place in the ringtail village)



-Although the sword automatically gets charged with a chakra nature that would enhance the other sword it still takes in the users chakra exhausting him fairly quickly..Hence the user is unable to do any Forbidden rank technique for the time these swords are in the battle...Also once de-summoned user cannot use any S rank or Forbidden rank technique for that particular turn.
-The dual chakra channeling and the golden edged swords cannot be active simultaneously...
-The summoning and the de-summoning of this weapon can never be done in the same turn..
-When using the dual swords the user is unable to do any jutsu that requires handseals though he can sheath the sword on his back if he does want to do the seals...though this will take time



~CUSTOM JUTSU~

(Ninjutsu:Buki konbo-{Seto & Geto})-Ninjutsu:Weapon combo-{Seto & Geto}

Description: They attach to my body while Seto attaches to my hand turning into 8 inch long talons Geto attaches to my chest forming a vest around my chest. These 2 when joined with my body prevent me from falling under any genjutsu since they release there chakra into my body as soon as they feel me falling under a genjutsu.
-Seto is a wind user thus in the talon form he allows me to use wind jutsu upto A rank without handseals
-Geto is a earth style user he forms a steel cover to my body that protects me from jutsus upto B rank and prevents sharp weapons from affecting me.
-Steel cover is not affected by lightening like normal earth jutsus
-Remains in the activated state for 5 turns in a row
-can be used twice in a battle.
-the user suffers general fatigue due to increased chakra activity and is unable to use S-rank for the next 1 turn.
-cannot be used in the same turn as robinhood style summoning
-can only be used after the two twins seto and geto have been summoned.
-They can deform into there normal selves any time the user wants even out of turn and that will not count as a jutsu.

(Doton:Han'en bōgyo kabe)-Earth style:Semicircular defense wall

In this jutsu the user makes a single snake seal and quickly stomps on the ground or slams hands on the ground releasing Doton chakra and causing a semi-circular wall of strong earth elements in the nearby area to appear right in front of him being semicircular the wall guards the opponents left and right side along with his front unlike the Terra Shield jutsu but even here his back is exposed for attacks.This can be considered as an enhanced or modified version of the Terra shield jutsu.

-May work against D rank lightening though no gaurantees

(Doton:Bakuhatsu suru nano bakudan no hahen)-Earth style:Exploding nano shrapnel

Description:
In this jutsu the user first throws an amount of nano sized steel shrapnel on to the ground from his pouch as if in the process of removing a kunai or shuriken (as he does so he channels these shrapnel with his raiton chakra) and then he channels his Doton chakra into the ground and then collects these shrapnel together (using earth) and encloses them into Micro sized hollow balls of earth. The user forms around 60 to 70 of such balls and then causes them to surround his opponent unnoticed by him and then at the right time the user makes the Dog-Snake-Boar seal and causes the balls to explode sending out lightening infused shrapnels in all directions piercing the opponents and destroying his blood veins and chakra network since this happens at microscopic level.
-Takes 2 turns to form after the user starts sending Doton chakra into the ground (The user has to specifically mention he starts channeling the doton chakra into the ground)
-For the 2 turns of its formation user cannot use S-rank doton jutsu
-Sharingan Dojutsu with MS can see its formation

(Kuchiyose no jutsu:Shinz famirī)-Summoning jutsu: Shinz family

Description: For this jutsu the user draws blood and then claps his palms together summoning a family of ringtails in the earth right below his feet. This is the family of shinzo and it comprises of his wife avira and his 3 offsprings. They are known to be excellent earth movers and chakra manipulators. When summoned all the family will act like covert ops and work underground to protect the summoner when summoned this family has the ability to stop any earth jutsus to appear in the place the summoner stands or is the last known location of his... (since they can manipulate chakra they cancel any enemy earth jutsu intended to harm the summoner).
Also they weaken any enemy earth jutsu used upto mid range from the summoner .....
Note:
-User earth jutsu get +15 damage upto mid range
-Opponent earth jutsu recieves +5 damage by default upto mid range from the summoner
-The location of the summoner will be know to the ringtails only if he is in contact with the ground...
-To summon them the user must have a direct contact with the ground
-Remain on the field for 4 turns
-can be summoned twice in a battle
-They move extremely quickly under the ground and therefore can be used to send long distance messages :p

The only places which wont be covered in the lava are the users eyes, mouth, ears and nose. In this state the user can preform any other tecs, except other defensive like Iron skin jutsu, cause that would shut down this jutsu.

~The jutsu counts as a move in both turns when the user sends the chakra and when he sends it back down
~Usable only by siskostar
~No S rank jutsus in the move the chakra is sent

Description: Curse of the Material World is a skill that a ninja can possess if trained in it. Using this technique, ninja is able to imbue fuuinjutsu in pre-existing objects/material or ones that he/she creates at the moment. The technique works by user doing the necessary sealing technique(s) on the object and using + 20 extra chakra, user imbues the seal into the object/material. The smallest thing that this technique can be used on is a coin sized object and the biggest is a small sized boulder and user's size when performing this on him/herself. Unlike many fuuinjutsus, user cannot use this technique on other living things other than him/herself. This technique doesn't drain chakra from user when the seal in the technique is activated but when the seal's been imbued. Description: User that's formidable with both Raiton and Kenjutsu can infuse their blades with lightning chakra. Instead of making the blade any lethal or having it cut through solids, the user can release the chakra in form of small star like shards when the blade's swung or it comes in collision with another blade. The shards are not solid but still cut the opponent(s) and can cause numbness around the areas where they hit. This technique has been named after the shards that resemble Starry sky in the second way of using this. The second way of using this is by swinging sword multiple times, leaving the shards floating in air and then, they will be floating there for few seconds before they rain down, causing damage to everyone on the area they cover. The shards are visible to naked eye when they are floating and once they rain down, a sharingan or good reflexes are needed to deflect/defend from all of them. The shards will not penetrate far into ones skin and will only create superficial cuts.

- Can be used two times
- User is also vulnerable to shards that might rain down

The user can manipulate the water so that it doesn't fall once it's being made and by taking use of water walking lessons, shinobi can easily walk midair. A master of Water release can also run in air as if he/she was running on ground. The down side of this technique is that once user has activated this, he/she will be unable to perform any water release techniques as long as this is activated, due the water chakra concentration being used in making H2O.

The Platypus can create tremors by hitting it's tail on ground and a temporary water source by drooling. Hearing its growl is also lethal since it can reach up to 140dB by just growling loudly, which goes beyond the human ear tolerance. The great platypus can also use Water and Earth techniques both up to A - rank. The Great Platypus isn't the boss of Platypus summoning due to its common beast brains. Therefore it's unable of communicating with the summoner but it will understand the orders that he/she issues to it.

Description: This is a much more evolved form of Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Current. The user will make one handseal charging their raiton chakra and then forms another handseal which then releases a massive amount of electricity from their body. The amount of electricity that's released is based on how much raiton chakra they have charged. For instance, if the user charges it using enough chakra for two moves then the user can only use one more jutsu for that turn. But, will gain an extra rank in power. If Charged with enough chakra for two moves, this jutsu will release a massive amount of non focused electricity from the users body into the air and ground capable of destroying everything on the field and leaving a small crater in the ground around the user. The amount of chakra doesn't take more than a few seconds to charge since it's almost forced from the users body. If only charged for one move then it's speed of using this tech is comparable to Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Current and will release non focused electricity into the air and ground around around the user and opponent and will reach out to mid range.

Notes:

-No Raiton for the next turn if charged for Forbidden Rank.
-No A rank Raiton for the next turn if charged for only S rank.
-If charged for forbidden rank the user takes 20 damage due to the strain on the users body.
-No ninjutsu on the next turn just elemental jutsu.
-The electricity has enough amps and current to kill.
-No raiton before or after this jutsu in the same turn.

Declined, if you want this to be considered for approval remove anything linking it to chidori as it will be considered chirdori variation which isnt allowed anymore
By moves I basically mean it's like charging double the chakra that you normally would for the move that equals S rank.
So, if you charge the attack for 2 moves you get a more powerful attack.

God Spear (Shinsō)

Chakra cost: 40 (+10 to extend the blade from short to mid or +20 to extend from short to long)
Damage Points: +10 for mid range attack, +20 for long range (due to the extra chakra flowing through the blade when extended)
Description: It looks like an ordinary wakizashi. The hilt is light-blue with a tsuba made of two slim swirls of metal looping around the blade to make an open oval, resembling an "S". It is normally in its wakizashi form when not used, or when a shorter blade is favorable to the user but can become the size of a katana at will and stay that length without an extra chakra drain.
Shinsō gained its name due to the special chakra metal it was forged with and (much like gaara's grourd sand) its passive ability to slowly absorb the users chakra while not in use to become naturally more resistent to breaking then normal swords at all times. When the user applys a larger amount of chakra then normal to the blade of Shinsō it can extend to great lengths, the blade's less famous feature to those who are unfamiler with it, is the great speed the blade extends and retracts, able to extend up to Mid range in about 1 second and return to original length in the same amount of time, able to extend to Long range in 3 seconds and return to original length within another 3.

Description: A heightened state of constantly flowing swift release chakra to the body and mind, allowing the user to move and percive actions at superhuman speeds without hand seals, due to the constant use of elevated speed the users muscles are worn out after being the state if they maintained it for all 5 turns and the user experiences a more sluggish reaction time then normal.
-Only taught by Professor Sarutobi.
-Can only be used by a swift user bio.
-only useable once per battle, lasts 5 turns.
-movements only readable by 3 tomoe and above sharingans.

Description: The user charges a huge amount of Swift release chakra into their right arm and legs and pulls the charged arm back in the apperence of preparing to throw a punch, as they bring their fist forward they use the chakra in their legs to move at great speeds appearing as a blur to normal eyes but can be read and reacted to by 3 tomoe sharingan and connect with the punch to the enemy while moving, stoping 10 meters behind the enemy with their arm extended in front of them.

-Only useable twice per battle.

(Tried to make it more clear the chakra involved is normal and the sword's chakra metal is what allows it to extend so it shouldn't need a custom clan to use)

Description: User first focuses earth chakra in their fist and forearm to harden it to steel-like quality then charges the enemy,building up swift release chakra in their legs as they run, user appears as a blur to most ninja due to the great speed. Using the built up speed in a straight line the user hits the enemy in the chest with the hardened fist, breaking the sternum and fracturing the ribs around it.

-Only avoidable in short range by space/time users or EIG users with 4+ gates open

Description: Aragami is a kenjutsu technique that achieves a harmony of offense and defense. You start with a special high stance where you hold your sword with two hands above your head with the sword pointing diagonally backwards and also you turn your upper body and hips a bit sideways. Then, when the opponent attacks, you target and strike your enemy's weapon with a downwards crescent-shaped slash. In that instant when your weapon hits your opponent's weapon, you give your sword a sharp twist and add a sudden burst of speed to it's impact. Thereby not only destroying your oppenent's weapon but also knocking it away. The twist is amplified by the twist of your hips and upper body. If for instance an opponent attacks with a spear with his right foot in front, when used Aragami on it the spear point shatters, is blown backwards and the opponent's left foot stands now in front.
It can also be used directly on an opponent, but in that case it doesn't really cut but the force from the twist can cause severe internal damage. When the opponent's weapon is knocked away, he's completely open for a counter attack.
