Got It *I First Start Off By Trying To Gather My Fuuton Chakra For A Couple Of Minutes. After A Little Bit Of Gathering Chakra I Try Sending My Chakra To My Mouth And Hands. When I Feel That I Successfully Sent My Chakra To My Hands And Mouth I Use My Chakra In My Mouth And Hands To Manipulate The Air Around Me. After A Couple Of Attempts Im Finally Able To Manipulate The Air Around Me. When I Do I Use The Chakra In My Mouth And Hands And Start Trying To Form Four Gusts Of Spinning Wind. I Keep Trying Till My Chakra Successfully Manipulate The Air Into Four Gust Of Spinning Wind. After I Create My Four Gust Of Spinning Wind I Send Them To A Tree And Break The Tree.*

and its more like u exhale your breath into your hands where u manipulate it to form 4 air gusts.....
and do it again this time before throwing away the gusts release some shuriken into the gust and manipulate them to strike my clone

The wind wont really be offensive in this case your last part is just the wrong thing...
wind will actually be only used to control the shurikens i mean it will allow u to change the direction of the shuriken from which side it flows and where it goes.....more like a remote controlled plane...
so make the shurikens come from various angles make different trajectories and try to hit the blind spot of my clone do again

Before I Release Anything From My Mouth I Use My Chakra To Manipulate The Air Around Me And Focus It On Making It A Blast Of Wind That Will Come Out Of My Mouth. As I Start To Release A Blast Of Wind From My Mouth I Still Focus On Using My Chakra To Manipulate My Air Into A Blast Of Wind. As I Release The Blast At The Tree You Point At And I Use My Chakra To Make My Blast Strong Enough To Break The Tree.*

I Start Gathering My Fuuton Chakra And Start Inhaling A Certain Amount Of Air In My Mouth. I Focus On Manipulating The Air So It Can Be A Violent Wind Gust Of Slashing Air. As I Start Exhaling I Perform The Required Hand Signs And Use My Chakra To Create A Viloent Wind Gust. As I Release It I Make Sure It Is Aim At Your Clone. When The Slashing Air Hits YOur Clone It Disapears.*

The wind created is strong enough to push the opponent back or create 2 inch deep slashes to his body, however the user cannot direct slashes.

When The Sphere Of Air Hits Your Clone It Disappears.*
