Wind Is Good For Short/Mid Range. Wind Is Strong Against Lightning But Weak Against Fire. If You Combine It With Water You Get Ice Release And If You Mix It With Earth And Fire You Get Dust Release. 3 Users Are Danzo, Baki, And Temari .

Yes My Is Suiton *I Sit Down And Remain Still With My Eyes Close. Then I Start Channeling And Manipulating My Chakra Around Myself. When I Do This I Try To Manipulate The Air Around Me. When I Start To Do This I Try To Form A Spinning Vortex Of Wind Infront Of Me.*

After A Couple Of Minutes Of Getting Use To The Flow Of Nature I Try To Create A Vortex. As I Try To Create The Vortex I Focus On Combining Small Gust And Wind Disturbances And Focusing On The Flow Of Nature.*

*I Gather My Chakra And Focus It To Channel And Manipulate Wind Chakra Around Myself. I Start To Create Small Gust And Wind Disturbances. After A Couple Of Minutes I Try To Create A Vortex. As I Try To Create The Vortex I Focus On Combining Small Gust And Wind Disturbances. I Keep Trying To Make A Vortex Focusing All My Chakra Into The Vortex.*

for the next i would like to create a swirling wind which makes the dust on the ground to rise with it and then direct this towards your opponent ​

I Will Try My Best With The Description. *I Start Gathering My Fuuton Chakra And Focus On Using My Chakra To Create A Swirling Wind. But Before I Do That I Picture In My Head A Swirling Wind.After A Couple Of Minutes I Use My Chakra To Manipulate The Wind Around Me And Start To Make It Into A Swirling Wind. As I Focus My Chakra With The Swirling Wind I Use Some Of My Chakra To Gather Dust From The Floor And Combine It With The Swirling Wind. Then I Take Aim At A Tree And Send The Swirling Wind Straight At A Tree.*

*I Throw A Shuriken At A Tree. As Soon As I Throw My Shuriken I Use My Dust Wind To Accelerate The Speed Of My Shuriken. The Shuriken Hits The Tree Fast And Goes Right Through The Speed.*

The user will form the handseals and as the Fuusajin rises, it will collect the dust or sand before it gets directed towards the opponent.

u can even use this jutsu in case u want your opponent to close eyes make the dust flow into his eyes .........but personally i think that would be inefficient since it will take one of the three jutsu spots u have​
