How the hell does madara give a rinnegan and a EMS to the jinchurrikis in the latest manga?? Where does he find all the riggegans o.o. Can he like duplicate eyes or somthing?

No just like pain the bodies that the rinnegan holder contols get those eyes it is the ability of the rinnegan.....and since madara uses only one rinnegan the bodies he controls also have only one rinnegan......and hence he transplanted another sharingan

The 6 guys of pain did not have real set of rinnegans....they just were puppets of nagato and therefore had the rinnegan

And the jinchurrikis more than likely DO NOT have EMS, that would just kill the story. they just have Sharingan, MAYBE MS. If they had EMS then the worth of them would just drop off, because only one person is know to have had them, therefore they're awesome. If six people got them for doing nothing, it would be pathetic.

Nagato did the same thing with the Paths of Pain. Except, the only way for him to control their corpses was with the Chakra rods, not IWR like Kabu-maro

I don't think that they have EMS, the more sensible explanation is that they are just normal sharingan, of which madara had an entire clans worth.

Like the others said, the Rinnegan are just duplicates like Nagato did with his paths of pain. The sharingan on the other hand are normal sharingan from his collection of sharingan that Madara transplanted into each path.
