This guy posted the rules
But then the orher guy (who is less experieced) said only C-rank or below
The other guy did not answer (no disagreement means agreement to anyone) and used A jutsus attacks.
He lost his bio, and was b*tching about it all the time like

I tould him to shut the hell up (not really that way, you know, kindly) and that he has to accept that he lost.

He left saying that his bio isn't stolen.
