i dont think so...you clearly see that Romeo is weak physicaly, and if you see the boy in last page of chapter 234 he is strong physicaly....they have similar hair style but i dont think they are same

the new episode is ok. i like how the battle ends. erza is so undefeated when it comes to Battle like that. and also i like gildartz with the blue note
