They are well above average. Anyone capable of using Tsukuyomi, Amatersu, and Susano'o and still live must have loads of chakra.

Why do you think non-Uchiha members tire quickly? Their chakra and bloodline isn't adept with the Sharingan.

The reason they tire quickly is because the sharingan isn't compatible with their body since their body isn't Uchiha, hence why they can not deactivate it....

You had respect for him at one point? Honestly he lost all respect he could have earned when I read his first post. Look at his post where he attacks me for using facts in that databook about chakra levels. It's insane.

I like to at least give everyone a chance, but this guy is starting to make me think that if Kishi came in this thread and told him he was wrong and that we were right, he would seriously argue with Kishi about it. It's ridiculous,

I think I need to be careful of entering threads created by Supa. You seem to continue your arguments when it's obvious you are wrong + you give misinformations and don't stick to your points. Clarity of words is also not your thing. E.g 'ANYONE' can use both techs and yet you give just two examples each time. Also saying FTG and Lightning armour aren't needed cos they are lesser techs (gosh) when I am nearly certain FTG is one of the things Naruto will strive to learn next.

Databooks are the compiled stats Kishi releases every now and then about his character's abilities. They usually rank things on a scale of 1-5. They rank nin-, gen-, and taijutsu, along with intelligence, speed, strength, chakra level, and hand signs.

There are 8 categories so there is a total value of 40 points any character can be ranked by. These just give you an idea of what level someone is in a certain area. Like say Itachi has a genjutsu rating of 5 because he is a master of genjutsu.

You make up your own to suit your needs so your favorite characters come out on top in your storyline. He's used Genjutsu plenty of times actually, like when he met Sasuke during the Chuunin exams. Like I said three times now, you probably just look at the pictures instead of read the manga

EDIT- Didn't see the Danzo part, Danzo actually has no stats so I'm not sure where you seen he has a genjutsu level of 5. Nice Making-Stuff-Up-Jutsu

The snake was under his control, clearly if you see the snakes eyes it had the sharingan. Do you not look at the pictures either? I figured since you didn't read the manga, you'd at least pay attention to the pictures.

The number just give you an idea of where the person's skill level is.

Itachi is the greatest genjutsu user around so he can beat anyone in a genjutsu battle.

Oh and by the way Danzo knew it was Tsukuyomi and broke out of it. He wasn't fooled for even a whole minute.
