Lightning Armor is developed from what? A's chakra. FTG is developed from what? Nothing, anyone can use it.

lighting armor is formed by a ninja with lighting element, so that means anyone with lighting element can use his tech. but to use a tech. a ninja must know how. what your saying is true for both ninja. FTG does use chakra. I am not sure where u are getting your info but the bases of your argument is not to strong.

I've given you reasons why other people can't use raiton armor and FTG, if you choose to not respond to them then so be it I don't care anymore.

Also Bee is the only other person who could possibly use raiton armor but why would he when he can just go tailed beast mode? Plus his fighting style doesn't involve wrestling and slamming someone around.

Seriously? Lol link me to the chapter in the manga that tells us Susano'o takes more chakra than coating your entire body with lightning. The fact that A can do that and that Kishi makes sure to mention a lot that A has chakra to that of a tailed beast, bit of a coincidence if you ask me. If Sasuke could do the lightning release to that level of chakra control then he would have by now since his sharingan could have copied something as basic yet advanced as that move.

Basic = Lightning, nothing more
Advanced = Chakra control to that level and be able to maintain it for a very long time

^ So you don't think I'm saying A's ninjutsu is terrible

That is not what the Uchiha are known for at all. Itachi had below average chakra levels and Sasuke doesn't have the chakra levels of people like Jiraiya, Kisame, and A. He just has more chakra than your average shinobi.

First off, I replied to your quote in page 14 at the very end, new page started too quickly. Second, low chakra didn't hurt his body, the sharingan puts a strain on it, which is why the eye bleeds and you see them holding it a lot after Amaterasu, it's not due to the lack in chakra.... do you even read the manga or just look at the pictures? The Uchiha's aren't known for "HUGE" chakra, they're known for sharingan, you're combining two different stories here, Kakashi couldn't use his sharingan for very long because his body isn't Uchiha, only his eye, the reason Uchiha's can use sharingan for a long time is because of their body having Uchiha blood, not crazy chakra
