Well not necessarily since madara was the only one who has ever unleashed a EMS we dont exactly know its criteria ........
because it was also said that no one outside the Uchiha could attain the mangekyuo sharingan but kakashi did achieve it!!!

But in order to achieve MS, all he needed was to lose some one very close to him, and how he got MS remains an enigma to this day.

On the other hand, EMS requires the MS sharingan eyes of a sibling to be transplanted and that will never happen.

I think it might be possible because alot of info about uchihas, sharingan, MS, EMS and about kyubi and the ten tails is from madara/tobi so i dont think we can fully believe it but i think it could be possible and i hope he does do something to get EMS that woould be cool.

U did not exactly answer me even in a single era (generation) we have danzo and kakashi both using the sharingan and how could they make a random statement saying no one outside the uchiha could possess the MS when they actually knew that no one outside uchiha had sharingan...........duh!!

and Ems requires sibling eyes is because only madara needed eyes to be transplanted and the only one skilled enough to have eyes of madaras power was his brother...so it follows that they transplanted his eyes

If he was, and you need a sibling to get it from then no.

If he was wrong, and Kakashi can take a sharingan from Tobi's collection or something along those lines, then it's possible we'll see it. But I still highly doubt it, considering he rarely uses Mangekyo anyways

I agree about him having low chakra but maybe even madara is not fully aware of the truth of EMS since he just used his brothers eyes directly....

Yup thats the only flaw but he stretched it to being the only non uchiha with a MS so maybe he could stretch it to being the only non uchiha with the EMS!!!

Firstly, i don't know how you expect me to answer you in a single era.

Furthermore, i said that no one would posses the sharingan outside of the uchiha clan, by this i did not mean that it is impossible. I wouldn't go ahead and deny the facts.
