However the blade can only have one element at a time and becomes weak against the opposite element (i.e if you absorb water your weak against earth). you can release the elemental chakra in the sword by channeling the element and sending it out in a blast (the blast would be short-mid)

The flames on houka are so intense they can cancel out water techs A ranked and lower. Houka is immune to fire based attacks.

-can only blind and alter the first attack if they are able to do a second attack you cant blind them again
-needs a strong light source (I.E sun or industrial strength lights) to be used (if fight is in a cave or at night with no strong light source around it wont work)

~It takes the user about 5 seconds to actually release all of the water in the atmosphere,leaving him vunerable for attacks.

~In order to perform this technique, you need to perform the following set of hand seals: Ox → Monkey → Hare → Rat → Boar → Bird

~If the water of the atmosphere is called upon, all of the abilities this technique had will vanish,since the water is no longer in the atmosphere.

Description: A sword that was given to Kirigakure's most skilled water users, this sword is known throughout the whole ninja world. it resembles a normal katana. The only decoration is the tsuba, which is a hexagon instead of a rectangle. The two sides parallel to the blade are long, whereas the four sides above and below the blade are shortened, making it into almost a diamond or prism-like shape. It has a green handle.

It's sharpness has yet to find an equal, it's said that this sword is able to cut almost anything and that it could cut through stone with much ease.However, it's resistance can't be compared to it's offensive capabilities.It doesn't mean, though, that this sword is easy to break.

The water emperor has a strange ability; it allows the user to perform any water technique without the need to even make a hand seal and can also sense water.

It had a second ability that allowed the user to manipulate water by moving the sword around.The water would follow the movement of the sword, making the user look as if he'd be in total control of the water.

Finally, the Water Emperor's most amazing ability is that if the user infuses it with water chakra, it can turn anything the sword strikes into water.Whenever the user strikes something, the water chakra infused into the sword will be released inside the object that was striked.The chakra will then continue and start to change the particles and composition of the object before it turns into water.


~Regarding the ability to move water, it's actually very restricted.Small water sources will be moved with ease but larger ones will be moved at an extremly slowly rate.In fact, due to the concentration and strain it puts on the user, the user will barely be able to fight after moving such a large water source.However, with things of a smaller size, such as a water drop or something of the size of a big shield, can be moved at much faster pace without much strain.This ability may only be used once per turn.

~In order to actually turn something into water, the sword must be in contact with said object for at least 2 seconds, which is the time it takes for the sword to release all of the infused water chakra.In order to infuse the chakra to the sword, the user will loose 10 chakra points.This ability can only be used once every two turns.

( Kuro Anaboko ) Kenjutsu: Black Hollow

Description: Black Hollow is the history of all sword. Black Hollow is the sword name because is a sword that has damage the Nine Tails Fox during the time of Madara Uchiha attack to the Hidden Leaf Village. Black Hollow was the first hokage secrete weapon. The first Hokage never use Black Hollow because is able to take control of the user lose control of his chakra. Black Hollow has three different level of abilities. Black Hollow first, level abilities is to increase the user speed putting the user four time more faster than normal. The second level of Black Hollow is to absorb fire, wind and water jutsus and throw it back at the user for example, if the opponent did a fire jutsu the blade can absorb the jutsu and throw the same jutsu right back at the opponent. The third level of Black Hollow is too do Genjutsu the user that is using Black Hollow spin his sword slowly and the sword start making a song when the opponent start to listen to the sword music the opponent get trapped in a genjutsu that can't be release with the Genjutsu Release the only way that the Genjutsu be release is by thinking the worst thing that ever happen to them.

Note: When the user release abilities level three the user is not able to use the sword abilities for the whole battle.
Note: The Genjutsu is not easy too release it would take the user some time to release it.
Note: Only -Pain- is able to use Black Hollow it can't be stolen.

It becomes harder for the opponent to track ur movemrnts due to u gliding across the wind.U will slowly fall to the ground(One foot every ten seconds), and therefor must reach high heights to keep it active for long periods.It can also be used to skate across the floor up to 40mph.(I don't know what to compare the speeds to.)

Not only can it absorb water nature (Up to B-rank) but it has the ability to chanel water nature chakra and become very maluable being able to turn into different types of weapons that require a handle by extending chakra induced water and condense.(Long sword, Great sword, Hammer,etc) Even though its made of chakra induced water, It is as strong as steel and is very hard to break.

(Isseki Nichō) One Stone, Two Birds

Description: Isseki Nichō is a perfectly balanced chakra-metal Katana. It's blade is thick but sharp, to no bounds. It's sheathe is marked with flower and bird patterns, of orange colour.
The sword is perfectly adapted to the Samurai's abilities, so is capable of highly enhancing one's power, giving it the power of the rank above, without feeling it's drawbacks. For example, if one power is A rank, it will become S rank. If one power is B rank, it will become A rank, making it's chakra slashes more powerful, and it's chakra transformations bigger. If charged with enough chakra, the user is able to make the ilusion of having two swords in the same hand, one physical and one made of chakra.

Origin:
Parrots are from a secret Rainforest, on top of a remote plateau, called the Altorio Forest.

General Description:
Parrots are colourful and majestic birds, with a diverse pallet of colours and a wide range of shapes. They possess strong beaks and claws, and a are beautiful and agile in the air.

Summon General Abilities:
The parrots of Altorio are very strong and fast. And average Parrot from Alto Rio is about the same size as a Lion, and is able to carry up to 2 people on their back without loosing any speed. They all can use chakra, though some have acquired unique abilities, such as Elemental Affinity or other Battle related skills. They are very energetic and warm, and speak in a very thick Portuguese accent.

Summoning:
The person who signs this contract is able to summon parrots from Altorio, and can also be summoned by parrots. In case of an unsuccessfully summoning, or the usage of a very small amount of chakra, the user calls forth a baby chick, without much use in a battle other than being very cute. The canon Summoning Jutsu calls forth common parrots, from average size or smaller, but with no special abilities other then a random small weapon. Using specific amounts of chakra, the user can summon special parrots, with special abilities, all up to the Boss. (Which will be submitted using the official template)​

The technique works similarly to the Murder of Crows Confusion. The amount of birds that appear depend on the chakra the user puts into the technique, when no longer needed, the parrots disperse. In parties, the user can make the parrots dance Samba.

(Katon: Wangestu Hinote) Fire Style: Crescent Flames

Description: The Crescent Flames technique is basically the art of releasing fire in the form of crescent-shaped waves from the feet of the user. After making a single hand seal, the user will swing their legs in sweeping motions to create flames that are sent outward; flames that move rather quickly and hold enough power to, instead of simply burning an opponent, bowling them over with their speed and force. The user can perform this technique one of three ways. First, being the most common way, the user can simply send out the crescent flames directly forward toward their opponent by swinging their legs across several times. Alternatively, a very commonly used method would be the user dropping down to the floor on their back and rapidly spinning on their hands and back while swinging their legs around, releasing these flames in all directions. The final method of performing this would be a simple spinning kick either in the air like the Leaf Hurricane, or by dipping low onto the ground as in the leaf whirlwind. This technique is considered a mixture of taijutsu and fire style, being that by performing one hand seals, the user may perform this technique while hitting the opponent.
Note: When utilized along with a wind jutsu, the speed of this jutsu increases, and it is capable of travelling a farther range.
Note: Usable six times per battle.

Description: Sora will first spin the Keyblade extremely fast in front of him. The Keyblade will keep spinning until it makes a large tornado-like whirlwind that will extend from the keyblade and towards the opponent. Sora will then throw the keyblade into the whirlwind making the Keyblade go extremely fast as it turns throughout the whirlwind. By the time the Keyblade leaves the whirlwind it will be going extremely fast towards the opponent making it undodgeable. Once the Keyblade leaves the tornado-like whirlwind, all of the wind from the whirlwind will converge around the Keyblade and at the front end there will be a sharp point of wind capable of slicing through the opponent using the power from both the Keyblade and the powerful wind.
Note: Only useable 3 times per battle.
Note: The user must wait 2 turns in between using this.
Note: Must have the Keyblade out.

(Kenjutsu: Kamisori Teikiatsu) Sword Style: Razor Cyclone

Description: This technique requires the user to mix their kenjutsu skills with their mastery of wind; hence the chakra cost. This technique begins with the user rapidly spinning one blade in front of them. As the blade spins quickly, the user focuses and vents out wind chakra from the blade, which spins rapidly like a large cyclone emitting from the blade. The user will continue to spin their blade until a sizable cyclone is formed, a cyclone that is horizontal to the ground (vertical if the user holds their blade upward) with the funnel shooting outward toward the opponent. The user will then take another weapon and throw it into the torrent of wind, its blade facing forward toward the opponent. From there, the weapon will begin to rapidly spin inside of the funnel as it moves forward toward the opponent. Once the blade is spinning rapidly, the wind, moving forward along with the weapon, will condense around it. This result is a rapidly spinning, extremely quick weapon coated with wind with the strength to slice through trees (being that a kunai simply augmented with wind is capable of going through a boulder). This move is nearly impossible to block, as even most fire jutsu, even with feeding off of the wind, would only result in the sword shooting through the fire.
Note: Usable twice per battle.
Note: The user must wait three turns before using this a second time.
Note: The whirlwind must be made by using a sword, however, the weapon thrown into the cyclone can be nearly anything--another sword, a lance, a dirk or another type of short blade, a kunai, etc. Anything with a sharp point that has one straight edge (meaning that weapons like shuriken would not be adequate for this technique) is capable of being thrown into the whirlwind for the same devestating effect. Alternatively, this technique can be done with one sword by quickly retracting and thrusting the sword after making the cyclone.
Note: Although this technique is nearly impossible to block, it only moves in one straight, concentrated line and cannot change direction in mid-air.

Styles which focus on qi manipulation are labeled as internal(内家拳,nèijiāquán), while others concentrate on improving muscle and cardiovascular fitness and are labeled external (外家拳, wàijiāquán). Geographical association, as in northern (北拳, běiquán) and southern (南拳, nánquán), is another popular method of categorization. One who seek's out mastery of many Kung Fu styles is known as a Kung Fu Master.

Kung Fu Style: Chángquán - 长拳長拳
The forms of the Long Fist style emphasize fully extended kicks and striking techniques, and by appearance would be considered a long-range fighting system. In some Long Fist styles the motto is that "the best defense is a strong offense," in which case the practitioner launches a preemptive attack so aggressive that the opponent doesn't have the opportunity to attack. Others emphasize defense over offense, noting that nearly all techniques in Long Fist forms are counters to attacks. Long Fist uses large, extended, circular movements to improve overall body mobility in the muscles, tendons, and joints. Advanced Long Fist techniques include qin na joint-locking techniques and shuai jiao throws and takedowns.[citation needed]
The Long Fist style is considered to contain a good balance of hand and foot techniques, but in particular it is renowned for its impressive acrobatic kicks.[citation needed] In demonstration events, Long Fist techniques are most popular and memorable for their whirling, running, leaping, and acrobatics. Contemporary changquan moves are difficult to perform, requiring great flexibility and athleticism comparable to that of gymnastics.
Long Fist's arsenal of kicks covers everything from a basic front toe-kick to a jumping back-kick, from a low sweep to a tornado-kick.

(Chángquán Style: Shadowless Kick Technique)

Where he then delivers a strong kick to the opponents side, connecting his shin to opponents rib cage. The user then dashes around the opponent again, back to front and kicks them dead in the chest with a chakra infused foot. Quickly incapacitating the opponent or among certain situations brings upon death.

* Since the user uses all of his speed, he is exhausted and can only preform two jutsus in the next turn.

Description: The user begins by doing cartwheel into a high spinning corkscrew kick which he uses to jump over the opponent, ending up behind them. After the user successful lands behind them he begins backflipping into the opponent. The users puts his hands on the ground and flips backwards, successfully driving their feet into the opponents head. The user will do approximately 5-8 kicks and the last part ends with the user quickly flipping over the opponent again and placing one hand on the ground and kicks the opponent dead in their chin sending them backwards. With each kick the opponent gets pushed back, and with the last kick ends up in mid-range.
Note:The user can do however many kicks he likes with the maximum of 8.
* After the technique has been executed, the user is in pain from the strain it put on his legs and back. Slowing his movements down.

Note: If a certain part is hit only once, If the opponent doesn't do something about it the freezing will begin to spread and that area of the body will be frozen within a turn.

(Buki Kurōn Gijutsu)-Weapon Clone Technique

Description: After stringing together a number of wires and shuriken around a ball of explosive tags, the user channels chakra into the frame of weapons to create a Shadow Clone around the weapons, with the ball of explosive tags around it's heart. This clone acts exactly as a Shadow Clone, except when it gets hit, instead of simply going 'poof', the explosive ball ignits, sending a barrage of weapons in all directions, the clone ceasing to exist in the aftermath.

Note:~Stringing together the weapons with wire counts as one of the jutsu for that turn, making the user only able to use one other jutsu in the same turn they make this clone.

(Kyōyū Dorīmu)-Dream Sharing

Description: A unique genjutsu where the user makes physical contact with his opponent, and puts both of them asleep, sending them both into a dream (this creates a new terrain populated by the opponents suboncious that the user may choose and manipulate). The user is aware of being inside of a dream, whereas his opponent is not (dreams seem real while you're in them. It's only after you wake us you realize something was odd. Even the new terrain won't set off ones opponent, as your memory is somewhat fogged while in a dream). While inside the dream, the laws of physics can be ignored, and even controled if one realizes that they are dreaming. When in a dream, if you die, you wake up, and your actual body isn't harmed, whereas if you merely harm your opponent, not aiming to kill, they will actually feel the pain.
Unfortunatly, while in a dream, the user will be hunted by his opponents subconsious mind, which get's more aggressive each turn (as it's the opponents subconcious, they have no control over it whatsoever). If the user remains in the dream for more than five turns, at the end of his opponents sixth turn, he will be utterly surrounded by armed men bent on killing him. At the end of the users sixth turn, the user will be killed by his opponents subconcious, no questions asked.
When going into a dream, all clones that both the user and his opponent had made are dispelled, as while you're sleeping you cannot control your chakra to feed your clones or control your clones at all. While in a dream, jutsu require no chakra (your opponent may be think they are moulding chakra, when they aren't, because that's the way dreams are; you think you're running while you're really lying still), and you have an unlimited ammount of projectiles (kunai, shuriken, ect.).
Just as in normal genjutsu, the opponent can realize that they're sleeping, and can control the dream just as the user can (they still cannot control their subconcious) or kill themselves to wake up. If one person in a dream wakes up, both people are taken out of the dream. Just like in (Genjutsu: Kokohin) Illusion Technique: False Surrounding, the dreams can be doubled over, creating a dream within a dream, so if the opponent wakes up, they'll believe that they're in the real world, while still being in a dream. The opponents subconcious travels with them, and will not touch either person sleeping inside of a dream.

Note: ~Can only be used twice per battle (not including making a dream inside a dream).
~When going into the dream, the user and his opponent will start at mid-range from each other.
~To survive five-six turns, the user must kill their opponents person-formed subconcious constantly throughout their fifth and sixth turns.
~The user's opponent will always make the first move in the dream (meaning this must be the last jutsu used in the users turn, and it must be the last thing they do in their turn otherwise).
~The opponents subconcious varies in power. It'll have genin rank people-forms, all the way up to one rank above their own people-formations. No subconcious form will have a Kekkei Genkai (regardless if the opponent has one himself).
~As the subconcious knows that it has created many human-forms, the human-forms don't bother to defend themselves; only attack the user.
~The more the user manipulates the laws of physics, the quicker the opponents subconcious becomes agressive.
~Manipulating the laws of physics counts as one of the three moves per turn (can be used in a row as many times as the user pleases, and it counts as one jutsu).
~When the user and his opponent wake up, whoevers turn it was is over and the fight resumes on the users opponents turn.
~The 'three jutsu per turn' still applies in the dream.

When a safe or safe-like object is placed in a dream, the mind automatically fills it with secrets. The user knows the location to the safe, and the opponent knows the combination, which is made up of the first three numbers that come to his head when questioned about it (if the opponent somehow finds the safe before the user can find the opponent, the comination is any three numbers the opponent wants). If the user get's the combination and gets the files in the safe, when he wakes up, he can counter his opponents next move knowing the whole move before it happens.

Description: The user forces chakra out of their chakra nodes into a visible aura around themselves, similar to a jinchuriki's Tailed-Beast chakra cloak, but on a much weaker level, for a maximum of four turns. This chakra cloak can defend against weapons that aren't chakra-infused, up to B-rank taijutsu (excluding Kaito's Tai, as it incorporates chakra, which will break through the chakra shield), and up to B-rank tangible elements (earth and water) by concentrating the aura into one spot/area to become a small chakra shield (due to the nature of how the cloak defends, it cannot defend against attacks coming from different angles, and the user must be aware of the incoming attack). It can also defend up to B-rank ninjutsu and up to C-rank intangible elements (wind, fire, and lightning) by redirecting the chakra that makes up the attack around the user. This cloak can also defend against up to B-rank genjutsu by sensing a disruption in the user’s chakra system, and returning to the users body, thus breaking the user out of genjutsu in a similar way to jinchuriki.
This jutsu can also create 'arms' similar to Naruto's fox cloak to attack the enemy from an angle unattainable by the user. These arms are slightly weaker than the user’s actual arms, making them desirable only for a defense/distraction until the user can actually attack. When the user uses taijutsu while in the cloak, the chakra focuses around whatever is attacking (fist, foot, sword, etc.) to increase the power of the taijutsu. The cloak also makes all projectiles (kunai, shuriken, etc.) fly through the air with more speed and precision. In addition, with chakra molded and at the ready all around the user, ninjutsu takes much fewer hand seals, though it's power is not increased at all.

Note: ~Genjutsu, elemental jutsu, and Kekkei Genkai cannot be used while in the cloak

Description: An advanced version of 'Subarashii No Jutsu', Jojishi No Jutsu creates a denser chakra aura around the user that lasts for a maximum of three turns. The cloak looks exactly the same as 'Subarashii No Jutsu', meaning that only sensors and dojutsu users can tell the difference. This cloak is capable of defending against chakra-enfused weapons, up to A-rank taijutsu (exluding Kaito's Tai, as it incorporates chakra to use, which will break through the chakra shield), and up to A-rank tangible elements (earth and water) by compressing itself into a small shield (slightly larger than 'Subarashii No Jutsu'). It can also defend against non chakra-infused weapons, B-rank and below taijutsu and tangible elements coming from different angles (up to two different angles). The aura also defends against A-rank and below ninjutsu, and B-rank and below intangible elements (wind, fire, lightning) by redirecting the chakra flow making up the jutsu around the user. It can also defend against up to A-rank genjutsu by sensing a disruption in the users chakra system, and returning to the user's body, breaking out of genjutsu similar to a jinchuriki. In addition to this, in a way similar to Gaara's sand, this jutsu can defend without the user being knowledgeable of the attack (can defend against a surprise attack).
Like it's weaker counterpart, Jojishi No Jutsu can also create arms, but at the same physical level as the users actual arms (without enhancements by weapons or chakra) to attack or defend from any angle of the cloak. The cloak also surrounds any part of the body performing taijutsu (fist, foot, sword, etc.) to enhance it's attacking power greatly, as well as being able to increase the speed, precision, and power of projectiles (kunai, shuriken, etc.) thrown from inside. This jutsu also makes A-rank and below ninjutsu take only one handseal to form (unless it requires none; ie. Rasengan), and has increased power (ie. if two A-rank ninjutsu clashed, the user's would win).
Unfortunately, due to the great amount of chakra required to use this jutsu, and maintain it, it puts a great strain on the users body, physically exhausting and harming them after the cloak dissipates. After the cloak leaves, the user is too exhausted to stand for one turn, leaving them vulnerable to their opponent. For the next two turns, the user can stand, but their chakra system is still too exhausted to allow them to use chakra, meaning that any jutsu with a chakra cost cannot be used during this time. They can also only use two jutsu per turn during this time. After those turns, the user is back to full power and can use chakra-required jutsu, and three jutsu per turn once again.

Note: ~Genjutsu, elemental jutsu, and Kekkei Genkai cannot be used while in the cloak

This technique is only used to decive the opponent and follow up with a surprise attack.
Other users can only perform this technique by channeling lightning chakra into the blade of a sword or tanto and use a similar procedure of Lightning Illusion Flash of Lightning Pillar but insted of emanating light this will create small arcs of light when the blade has been swung.

Description:The user takes a pull of his cigarette, and then mixes the smoke with his chakra. His body then takes on all the characteristics of smoke, except for physical appearance, which stays the same. While in tis form, the user can choose to be intangible, and be impervious to all physical attacks, such as Taijutsu, and Kenjutsu, regaining anybody part, or healing any injury obtained while in this form (since the smoke would just go back and fill the space it was removed from during the hit). The user can also choose to be tangible, thickening the smoke until it is dense enough to land a physical blow on an opponent. (The idea for this jutsu comes from Smoker from One Piece)

~While in this form the user is only affected by Wind/Water/Lightning attacks. The user isn't affected by Fire/Earth based attacks.

Description: Ushiwaka, or Waka for short, is Keotu’s personal summon. An average sized Dove with golden plumage, Waka is a Columbidae that is more oriented towards Kenjutsu, and has a minor wind element, capable of creating powerful gusts of wind to blow away objects or enemies. Waka is summoned with a flute in his talons, which is actually the mystical sword Pillowtalk. Pillowtalk sprouts a green blade of chakra from one end of the flute once chakra is directed through it. Pillowtalk has the standard slicing capability of a regular Katana, but when someone is hit by the blade of Pillowtalk, in addition to causing a wound, it also makes the opponent sleepy, an effect that gets worse with each consecutive hit – no person has every stayed awake through more than three hits by Pillowtalk, regardless of what they’re doing. When Waka transforms into a human, he is shown with long golden hair, and in a pink kimono along with a purple Sashinuki-hakama, along with a hat that has the motif of a hawk with a long cloak that hides his hair, and tends to pepper his speech with French phrases. Earth jutsu​

Description: The user will use their earth chakra to encase themselve in a large 20ft tall human shaped body of earth.
The user is kept in the stomach part of the body of earth with 2 holes where the user will stick their arms out of in order to preform other jutsu.
The user can then use their earth chakra to make the body of earth move like how humans do with their brain and energy.
This can be used to increase defense and attack power.
Notes:
-Must be taught by ~yard~
-User cannot see his opponent while being in the body of earth unless he/she has either a byakugan bio or a special jutsu that allows them to see with their eyes being covered (which I have learned a custom that does)
-takes 3 seconds to make this body of earth.

-Since the body of earth is so large and depends on chakra for mobility, the body of earth moves a little slower.

They make a fist and turn their fist to the side to where their pinky is at the bottom (so they turn their hand to the right)
They then manipulate the chidori into a large wing that starts out on the knuckles of the users fist and stretches out to being behind the user.
They then release the wing of lightning as a large bolt of lightning that hits the ground and propels the user forward, the user still has the
chidori in their hand and can attack their opponent with greater speed and force.
-This is a direct attack that cannot be stopped by the user, so once you use this technique there is no stopping your self
due to the force and acceleration that the lightning propels you at.
-this technique can be used two times per battle.
-can be used to lift yourself into the air if you aim the bolt of lightning at the proper angle.

Pegasus has a giant rod that sticks straight out of his head that can conduct up to b rank lightning techs. He can only be destroyed by S rank techs but 2 or more A ranks will destroy him. When he opens his mouth he shoots out 2 powerful B rank wind bullets. He can ram into wall or domes with his rod sticking out his head(up to A rank). Once he is dissapears he cant be brought back for the whole battle.

He has more of a personality so everyone except his master(ROTM) must answer a question that only his master knows the answer to. He can talk. The special thing about this horse is he can communicate with people telepathically(only summoner).
