because even if they're not on naruto's side, they have good intentions, to keep naruto and bee safe. naruto can only sense negative emotions.
He could sense them, but what do you expect him to do? Confront his problems or run away?
And to the weird guy above me... naruto can sense anyone in sage mode, as he could sense that kakakshi wasnt in the village during the pein attack finding out hes dead...

Of corse he knew who was where... he came out of the cave in fox mode and could sense the entire war... he could obviously sense tsunade and A coming... but he decided to face them as he had to so he could keep going forward...

That's Sage mode, he was in the Kyuubi mode. They are different and grant the user different abilities. Had he been in Sage mode he would have undoubtedly sensed them coming, but would have failed to sense the commotion in the camp. Since he had the Kyuubi's chakra out he could sense negative emotions rather than heightened chakra sensing.

Can you provide evidence to your claim?
All the manga has shown is that Sage mode increases his sensing ability of chakra and fox mode allows him to sense negative emotion. No where does it say that fox mode grants him the same sensing powers has sage mode.

Well then your logic is flawed. What we have seen shows Sage mode with extraordinary chakra sensory abilities and the Fox mode showing the ability to sense negative emotions. They are different things. Don't just assume when their is evidence to contradict what your saying. Either find evidence or submit defeat.
