the manga syas the rinnagan is the most powerful in part one its said during neji and hinata fight and somewhere in the arc where the 3rd dies that the hyuuga has a better dojutsu then the uchiha and the hyuuga is the most powerful clan in the village so it goes rinnegan byugan ( spelling) sharingan
