Hashi could control the Kyuubi...not the same. Not saying Hashi wasn't boss, just we don't know if he could have done what he did without the ability to control the Kyuubi. Also Minato defeated Tobi as well and then beat/sealed the fox, whatever you want to call it, he still stopped it when no one else could have.

I don't see why u guys think kakashi is overrated, he gets put in the most unfair situation and still able to give who ever he's fight the work.

I don't think Kakashi is overrated at all...in fact I think he is underrated. I don't think people give him the credit he deserves.

He is quite intelligent, prepared to do anything to achieve his goal and has nothing really left to lose ... that can be more useful to a shinobi than just having KG

control the kyuubi vs. sealing it when dying yourself at the same time...in both options kyuubi gets owned, but first one is better as the user gets to live

Minato didn't defeat Tobi as he just wounded the guy who didn't even use izanagi or his ems..just chains and teleportation

Also again Minato didn't BEAT kyuubi, since beat = winning ...minato died so you can call it as a tie most imo..I think that he's a badass but overrated, which you also prove again

tenzo was sort of good at controlling naruto .... but he's pretty far of what we could call a extraordinary shinobi.

narutos extremely over rated, shadow clones and resagan is all that he does, sage mode is still cool, but the fact that he still does the same moves while in sage mode is wack

Reason: ppl apparently think he is GOD because he can teleport around and managed ONE rasengan on tobi only to break his control over fox so he retreat (which isn't even that great i mean that guy with the insects that was w/ danzou made him have to take his arm off plus the only reason tobi retreated was b/c there was no point to stay)
also because he seal the fox and killed himself which is NOT defeating or controlling the fox in any way
yes ik he is pretty bad @ss but fanboys think no one can beat him -_-

Alright you win...except the part about winning cause it depends on how you interpret winning...

Minato saw a chance to save his village and do something about a future threat (tobi) and he thought it was worth giving his life to give his only son this great power...I think that's winning.

I would say the most over-rated is Sasuke.....It wasn't until the curse mark and Oro that Sasuke couldn't do anything, before that Naruto saved him countless times and beat him....But that is kinda stupid reasoning I can't really judge the way powers obtained....I guess he use to be the most over rated......He's pretty beastly now
