I wear many necklaces, some of which you gave me but I know the two you mean, the ones my father gave to me.
it's because when I'm holding them I'm not wearing them.
they seal my death powers.
so I don't go out of control. unless at a heighted stage of emotion.
when you saw me the other day I removed the first one so that I could release the first stage and fly home quickly. which is my wings and red eyes.
the second stage is worse, which results in all my power being released and my eyes turning black and I eventually lose all control over my emotions and self. and when you removed the second necklace they got released and I couldn't control it right, so I tried to escape, but when I noticed you were holding it I needed it back.

but I'm fine now
