it's an unofficial stoner holiday in the u.s. i guess it's a north american thing. some kids in cali used to smoke weed everyday afterschool at 4:20 pm and it got famous. hence the name 420. celebrated on april 20th every year.

Yup, gotta explain to the newcomers. ^_^ Here in memphis, police basically turn the other cheek like nothing is going on. We can go to Melrose Park or by the river and blaze up without worrying bout cops at all
