So someone have any clues what it COULD be?

I highly suggest you use the search tool this topic is talked about quite often.

Myself, I think it's something that will show up when sasuke shows naruto his ems in battle. Then itachi will be projected to sasuke in a genjutsu like thing and will talk to him.

As for your topic. My anwsers include but are not limited to: cooties, herpies simplex A, a chakra implant that will let him and Sauske have a brief discussion like he has had with his mother, and father. Some sort of occular trap.

xDlol..but I yeah it's probably not any genjutsu like some of u say there above..it would crack me up to see naruto using high level genjutsu or genjutsu at whole : D

the crow is obviously going to come back up his throat and peck Sasuke's eyes out. but on a more serious topic, it's probably going to shut down Itachi's eyes when Sasuke looks at Naruto with his EMS (because Itachi is cool enough to see that far ahead), and might even allow Naruto to use crow genjutsu when Sasuke tries to attack him (even if it's only once, just to throw Sasuke off mentally)
