BRO... What does the Rasengan have to do with Naruto controlling his new Chakra?

nothing. i guess since hes got a better lock on the flow of nine tails chakra that it increased the strength of the ransengan or he upgraded his standard ransengan jus like kakashi upgraded his standard chidori into rakiri.

well because when he kicked kisame his foot got stock ... so i am wondering how powerfull the rasengun would be along with the speed... like is it possible he would kill a ninja with it?

i think he can kill with it because its made of the same energy that the 9 tails uses when he fires he chakra blast from his mouth

Naruto failed in regular genin final exams and tests while others passed in the same session. It's not like he was spending years in the same academy. He was declared passed out because he learnt the multiple shadow clone jutsu(he was failing in ) within hours after being fooled into stealing the forbidden scroll. He fought with Mizuki(I think that was the name of the guy) To save Iruka and the scroll and Iruka declared him passed out.

Sasuke was intelligent and hard working. He stood first in class.

maybe naruto started earlier, like kakashi graduated at like 5 so he would have started in there at 4, maybe naruto tried to start at 9 and it took him 3 years until when he was 12 to finally graduate

No i don't think it'll matter because the sora-involved episodes were fillers. So in manga naruto has the full-powered yin-yang kyuubi inside.

Simply put, Sharingan, Byakugan, Whatever That Butterfly Thing Choji does, and anything else that's passed down through the bloodline in generations.

i got 2 questions..
1: in the sarutobi-orochimaru fight, hiruzen used kage bunshins once which devided his chakra thrice..but he dispelled them, so why couldn't he seal more of orochimaru? i know it's because he's old and got a sword sticking out his back,but if you dispell a kage bunshin, wouldn't the chakra devided return to the caster of the jutsu? so i don't understand how it can be a kinjutsu..but then again i'm just wondering and

2: how can you increase your maximum amount of chakra? i got a finger pointing at physical excersises,since shikamaru usually runs out of chakra after 15 mins or so using kage mane no jutsu..
