dunno :?
I can't really judge that at the moment, as I recently have only been training my arms in swimming.... as the competitions arn't until the summer but probably front stroke at the moment but I specialise in Individual Medley for the cadet competitions xd

I haven't tried to swim long distance in years...
about five years ago I did 2000 metres (and got an award ) in 44mins and 32 secs. I was just in time. (time limit was 45mins) but I could probably do it alot faster now xd
