kishis said that before he thaught black people where stupid dumb i guess because us guys get bad media and in japan i guess cuz theres no black people thats all they have to rely on so it akes the desicison for the ... if that sentence made sence :S also latter on apparently he changed his mind i guess he met an actual black person or something whatever and now he has introduced black people. But many mangas have black people but just like the occasional 1 or 2 soul eater is a good example the writer ( cant reber his nam) actualy aimed for there to be atleast one black character hence kilik rung
