If you would pay attention you would know that each clan was seperated then later on they made ninja villages in there region this probably has something to do with it plus we dont know where in the world this is Im guessing Japan but Im probably wrong if so Ive met lots of black asians they just tan extremely well Im guessing Ive never actually asked why their skin is so dark but seriously you couldnt tell the difference between them or any black person in America other than their facial features.
