tru, this could be the reason why he decided to do this. It does make it alil more realistic and relatable

but if he had time to color setsu and kisame then i think he always had black people somewhere but was waiting for the right time to introduce them. and since he made one of the host's black, i think its rather symbolic. he's showing that they are, if not equal, but stronger than most other villages.
