So any of you out there think theres some characters that could use a little face time. I for one would like to see more of Shino ever sence the first gaara arc hes only poped in once every 50 episodes and most of that was filler

i thought i would also throw this in because this thread does say most under appreciated characters... firstly i'd say Sasuke. too many sasuke haters out there, all they do is whine and complain saying he should die for the evil things he did. the only true evil things he did was joining the akatsuki, but then again he doesnt work with them like the other members did, he is temporarily joined with them, madara has been manipulating sasuke from the start so he cant be blamed for everything. plus the whole thing about itachi threw sasuke overboard, madara saw that and kept feeding him stories to trick sasuke into being his accomplice. this character has lost his entire clan, lost his brother, and is filled with hatred for the right reasons... even though he is out for revenge and he is corrupted by madara, sasuke is still a good character... i think that naruto or even edo tensei itachi will change sasuke and bring him back to the light... and hopefully all those sasuke haters could just stop talking shit.

yeah, he definetly needs to be told the truth about it all... then maybe he can become good again or even just neutral. besides naruto wont let anyone kill sasuke and i doubt that he meant what he said to sasuke when he told him "the next time we fight, we'll both die", i see that as more of a just a random talk big naruto moment. he cares about sasuke to much to let him die, he will eventually save him from the darkness... its just a matter of waiting it out.Hay it works for me.
good explanation of the hole sasuke ordeal. some how i dont think there going to kill him off as a bad guy just dont see that happening.
the most underrated are tsunade, sakura, Iruka, Kurenai, ...
and the most overrated is sasuke, i dont hate him because he is evil, but because he is an ego idiot, he is selfish and he is a jackass ... i do hope he reforms back to the good side but i also hope he dies as a good guy

Shino for me as well. In the past, I didnt really like him but now Ive realized he's actually quite badass and strong. He's also kinda like Shikamaru..a smart ninja, a tactician.

Under used: Temari. She's easily one of the most powerful kunoichi in the show and she hasn't even gotten a fight in Shippuden yet! That better change soon...
Under appreciated: Kankuro. Even though he's had a few decent feats, he's STILL essentially ignored by the fanbase! It's so sad that he now has to compete with Sasori in order to win people's approval. It's like, NEWSFLASH! Not everyone's as perfect as Sasori! (Or at least what his fanbase makes him out to be).
