I totally Disagree, your making your decision based only on how much you know each charater. Saying that, you know nothing about Darui and his Lightning Techs. P.S. Sasuke is way better than Kakashi at Lightning Techs.

I agree sasuke is the best as of so far, he can tame actual lightning and has found countless way to manipulate chidori... raikage's bretty bad ass too, he can wear his lighting tech

while we havent seen much of Darui's techs, I guess Kakashi would be the better of the two since he is able to make lightning clones

We just haven't seen Kakashi in a fight where using all his Lightning techs are necessary.

We barely see kakashi use any of his jutsu besides chidori and Kamui but we all know he has other jutsu and a hell of a lot of them.

Thats what i'm saying we haven't seen Kakashi's all yet.
Just because Darui is from Kumo and they specialize in Lightning Element doesnt mean him Raikage or Bee is the best.

Thats why I cant wait to see kakashi on his rampage so he can show everybody all his best and most powerful techs.

Although its true that we have hardly seen Kakashi full abilities when it comes to Lighting elements, but the same could be said for Darui who's only Lighting related Attack doesn't count so technically we have seen nothing from him at all apart from that Storm Release in the entire manga. So Kakashi has Won this Vs Thread.

Edit: In order for Kakashi to use all of his Lighting element attack, wouldn't he have to fight someone using alot of Earth element attacks since Lighting has the advantage over Earth.

Im afraid people are assuming, and rightly so, that Kakashi is better which is mainly due to us having seen next to nothing from Darui. And isn't the Storm Release/ Black Panther a Jutsu that was passed on to him by the Third Raikage, where as Kakashi has created his Lighting Jutsu by himself and if we see Darui or even the current Raikage use the Lighting clone Jutsu we can rule it out as it being one of Kakashi's techniques.

Dude the comments was not needed. I know for shore Kakashi can beat or even kill Darui. Experience or not Darui "looks" like a good fighter. Also black lightning to me the words alone tell me it use's a lot of chakra. I could be wrong because (We) dont know if Darui has experience even using the jutsu.
