1st hokage, 2nd hokage, 4th hokage and 4th raikage(when he had his left arm)
they are universal team i think. 1st H has his Mokuton with which he can get to anywhere, 2nd H can block every fire technique. 4th H i think i don´t need to explain and 4th R is for close range.

Kakashi, he has over 1000 jutsus and a MS. Shikamaru, he is a genius at battle plans and strats also his shadow possestion can bind targets. Hinata, she can do light weight healing, big plus, and she is a sensor type with her KG. Sai, he is a battle hardened shinobi with great long distance fighting abilities, and could watch over the entire team from above with his ink bird while any enemies watching would assume it is only a 3 man cell and get the element of suprise for any possible ambush. And I purposly didnt choose anyone who is over powered right now just to show people how you dont have to be over powered to be the best.

Kakashi's chakra pool isnt that large and he could never have a EMS, so yes amazing as he is, I consider him not to be over powered when there are at least 15 or more that are stronger than him in the naruto universe.
Harrison Ford, he has a bullwhip and is a hardened adventurer with a lot of knowledge of history and is very well traveled.
Sean Connery, with his time in MI6 he should have a lot of intel contacts and means of travel without raising detection.
Mel Gibson, he survived the revolutionary war, the apocalypse, kicked a lot more English ass with blue face paint and mooned them (didn't quite survive that one), hell, he was even our savior for a bit (until he was crucified).
Finally, as team leader I'd have to say Ted Nugent. Not only did he write some epic songs and infamous guitar riffs, he's also an experienced hunter with training directly from he legendary Fred Bear.
My Team would come out on top.

If I were to choose who to be in my squad, it'd be:
- Kenzo's friend; Star (AND THE MADE UP part not the RPG)
- Itachi Uchiha
- Nagato
- Kakashi Hitake
- Naruto Uzumaki (Namikaze)
(custom character; not RPG) Kenzo Yuri - he can temporarily stun an opponent & make them feel like they're in another dimension; use "Lightning Spear" (his created Jutsu) which can numb the other person. He can also revive, heal, cure, and treat anyone.
Itachi Uchiha - He can use Tsukoyomi; Fire Style - Blaze Ball Jutsu
Nagato - He has his Six Paths. I (Kenzo Yuri) would give them a copy of a very special necklace made by my Father; "Necklace of Immortality and Strength".
Kakashi Hitake - His Mangekyō Sharingan; and Lightning Blade.
Naruto Uzumaki (Namikaze) - He is favored by Kenzo Yuri, Kenzo is very much like Naruto. Also, Naruto has Wind Rasengan, well... Kenzo gives him a ring and that necklace (see "Nagato"). The ring is made by Kenzo, it is called: "Chakra Restoration". It basically says it right there; it restores Chakra when just 1 millimeter is taken off.
