(Ame Nottori no Jutsu) - Rain Capture Technique

Description:This technique causes a target of the user's choice to "attract" raindrops. The water in the rain drops will attach themselves over an opponent. Once enough water has gathered over an enemy it will also attach to the ground, holding the user's opponent to the ground.

Remember how you used the glue rain jutsu. Very similar but this time instead of focusing your chakra to make the rain sticky. Focus the rain drops on a particular target. Once target is choosen the rain that he dosed in, as well as the rain that falls on him will bind them to the ground or any nearby object.

This next one take 3 turns to form up in the sky before you can use to attack the opponent. All frozen rain jutsu take 3 turns to form in the sky, unless it's a custom combined with wind.

question about the jutsu - while the ice is forming can I use jutsus ?

*I start off by concentrating my chakra into the rain drops and make them go higher and higher till the point they are completly frozen...I then release a lot of chakra into them, allowing to force to make them fall and by using shape manipulation I try to from an ice dome to capture the random tress you showed me.*
