Any fire attack directed to the wielder of this hammer, power is cut in half. This is because the hammer sucks up most the chakra. the holder of this weapon is able to Ignite this hammer at will.

How can you have a forbidden class weapon? forbidden rank are forbidden for a reason as they hold great risk to the user

Sorry I didn't know about the 5 Jutsu limitation. So i Pick these four and the weapon.

Description: User bites his/her thumb to draw out blood and summons regular Adult size crocodile. The Crocodile looks regular but it can be used for infiltrating missions just like the toad Jiraiya used to get to Amegakure. User can climb inside of it along with one companion and control the crocodile from inside as it progresses towards the target/place user wants it to. After climbing out of it the Crocodile will disappear. The same jutsu can also be used for by climbing into the crocodile as it returns back to the realm of summoning animals ( like how Sasuke did with Manda, escaping from the battle ).
Note:
- Can be summoned twice per battle
- Can only stay 5 turns on the field max
- Disappears after there's no use of it.

( Fuuton/Doton: Torunedan ) - Earth/Wind release: Tornado Steps

Description: User must first concentrate both Earth and Wind based chakra while weaving Snake → Rabbit → Rat → Ox → Dog handseals. Then, as the handseals are completed the earth will rumble for few seconds and thirty pockets filled with compressed tornadoes appear on the field. Any tremors done within earth will cause the pockets to break and release the tornado/es. Stepping on the pockets will cause the same thing and each tornado's size is about 1/10 of Atsugai's size. Large tremors will also cause chain reaction of multiple tornadoes being released.
Note:
- Can be used only once per battle
- User can control the spots that the pockets are being made in but the tornadoes cannot be controlled
- No Wind jutsus at the same turn after this one
- No Forbidden Wind or Earth is allowed on next turn

( Dōjutsu/Genjutsu: Shin’ya Ame ) - Eye/Illusion technique: Midnight Rain

Damage points: 60 ( + 20 and - 10 when using higher Sharingan )
Description: A person that possesses Uchiha-clan's sharingan can perform this illusion on their opponents. This jutsu requires at least 3rd tomoe sharingan and an eye contact at some point. Upon reaching eye contact at some point of the fight, user can activate this eye technique without opponent noticing anything. Then, once as user wishes, he/she can trigger an effect of this jutsu where the target's world slows down a bit and multiple needles rain on top of hm/her, causing a paralysis and pain.
Note:
- Can be used only once
- The special effect must be triggered within 4 turns from this jutsu being used and using higher Sharingan than the 3rd tomoed will result a stronger effects of this jutsu.
- Sharingans on the same level or higher as user's can see through this genjutsu and any other doujutsu cannot.

Description: User concentrates wind chakra into their fist and compresses it. Then, once enough Wind chakra is gathered, the user must make a punching motion. Once the user punches, wind chakra is being released in form of many blunt gusts of wind that feel as if the user would have multiple hands punching the target and it can quickly deliver fatal damage to opponent. This isn't really effective against hardenings and the wind hits can be delivered from one hand only.
Note:
- No taijutsu at the next turn
- No offensive Wind at the same turn
- User's hand muscles will be strained from this technique.

(Fuuinjutsu: Gogyou Fuuin) - Sealing Technique: 5 Element Seal Gourd

Damage Points: N/A(the same as the jutsu it absorbs + 10 due to the compression)
Description:A technique used to seal away either of the 5 basic elements created with a jutsu, within a small gourd. This is done by opening the gourd and doing the necessary hand seals, focusing chakra of the same element as the one the user wants to seal, so absorbing said element within the recipient closing it with a secondary automatic seal already written on the gourds cork. After the technique is sealed the user can open the gourd to release the jutsu back on his enemy or he can even shatter the gourd with one hand seal provoking an explosion.
(note:this can only be used twice)
(note: can only seal up to A-rank and one element at a time )

Description: When in sage mode the user will focus all there say charka into a golden aura around there body. This aura can only be made when the users emotion is put into it. It increases the users speed and power ten-fold, only by charking all the remaining power of sage mode into this one turn this is used. So if its used at the end of one turn, it ends at the end of the next turn. This is mainly for the maximum power when using taijutsu, or attacks like frog katanas.

Note: Uses up remaining time for sage mode
Note: Can only be used once
Note: +40 damage to each attack (+1/2 ranks)
Note: Cant use S rank techniques in the next turn

Kuchiyose| Warui Inu - (Summoning|Bad Dog)

Description: Warui Inu, or just Inu is one mean ass dog. He is very aggressive, belligerent, mean and disobedient. However for all these negative qualities he is damn powerful. Standing nearly five feet tall and weighing 175 pounds of muscle is can be very intimidating but it is for good reason. Inu fought his whole life against stronger and meaner dogs who were also tossed aside. His appearance is of that warrior who has survived. He has black fur that is very rich, and branded on his body are flames that have formed in his actual fur. So to compliment his black fur is red patches in the shapes on flames around his neck, paws, tail, back and a few places in between. He is grizzled and mean but he is a survivor. He would have it no other way. Because of this he is a natural at fire-based techniques allowing him to use up to A-Rank Fire techniques, he is also able to spew out multiple speedy fireballs (max of three) at one time at the opponent equal to a B-Rank Katon.

Description: Kirin Blade starts as a simple katana. When the user applies chakra to the weapon though it grown into a Giant Broad Sword that resembles Zabuza's Decaptating Knife, only larger and wider. But, what truly gives this blade it's name is the dragon that appears on the blade itself. This Dragon acts as a gauge to indicate how much power/chakra is currently within the sword. This is represented by 3 levels of power.

Sanrai (3rd Lightning)
This level is the ultimate form, The dragon begins turning pitch black, as the eyes on the dragon turn yellow and blue representing the two previous levels having been fully completed. It also takes up to 3 turns to fully get to this level. The set of abilities granted here though far exceeds those of the previous two.... but because of this the user sacrifices all of his other elements to maintain control over the weapon.

- Ability to absorb any lightning in the area (chakra and natural)
- S-Rank Lightning Dragon Blast (Usable Once, Sword Reverts to unawakened state unable to return to any others for rest of battle, user loses all lightning chakra for rest of the battle and his arms are unable to move from having to control the blast, takes 2 turns of absorbing chakra/lightning).
- Sensory of anything that produces a electrical current
- Changes in User's Chakra Affects Power
- Becomes source for lightning jutsu allowing use of techniques without seals.

-LW: He is the leader of the pack and the only one who can talk. He wears a red scroph around his neck.
-Drake: He wears a black jacket with white writing on the back.
-NM: She is the only girl in the pack and she has a pink spot on top of her head.

-GG: He has a black mark on his right side of his face under his right eye looks like a small cross.

Description: Zantetsuken is a quite powerful Kenjutsu technique, mainly used as a finishing or heavy-damage dealing blow. This technique begins by the user projecting their chakra into the air, and creating a low-level Genjutsu, meant only to distract the opponent (though it also is used to add a touch of personalization to the attack between different users), while the user prepares for the attack – placing their dominant foot in the lead, the user will bring their sword to their non-dominant side with the tip of the blade pointing straight backwards; during this movement, the user focuses chakra throughout their entire body, allowing them to perform the technique. The user will then move in on a linear path towards the opponent, at incredible speeds, momentarily augmented by the chakra in their muscles. As they move towards the opponent, they swing their blade around, striking the opponent, again, their muscles augmented by the chakra. Description: The blade is a gift from the Orangutans and is made of special metals unknown to anyone but them. It is indestructable and has the ability to absorb any Lightning attack up to B rank and a few A rank.
The blade will absorb a lightning attack no matter where the blade is on the battlefield as it attracts the lightning to it like a magnet it negates the use of lightning in the battle by both the wielder and the opponent.
The only way to use Lightning is to holster the sword(As the holster also made by the Orangutans holds the "magnetic" charge) or get the sword out of range of the battlefield.

Restrictions:
  • Cannot use Lightning jutsu's unless blade is holstered or away from the battlefield
  • Can only absorb 3 A rank. B rank or below can be absorbed again and again.
  • Can only be wielded by a user who has signed the Orangutan contract


elaborate on the few A rank techniques
A few just meant the amount the sword can absorb i.e. in the restrictions 3 A rank.

your ment to add that to the an update of the technique no discussions allowed in general in the thread this is a warning so resubmit with the elaboration

Description: This move starts out by the user extending both arms in a outwards position, Then the user lets out very larger flames from each arm, once that is done the user starts to spin at a very fast speed making the fire start to twist around him forming a very powerful Tornado, the fire Tornado is very larger if the opponent is standing mid from the user he will be caught in the attack once caught inside the opponent will be ripped and burned to death since the attack is made up of wind and fire and the Tornado can’t just be stopped by any water attack must be S-rank or a two element combo

While in dying will any damage done to the user will become least affected on the user moves during the fight meaning if the was to be stab by a kunai in the side or something that won’t kill them instantly he will be able the continue what he was doing without stopping, the back draw is the user still take damage normally, so once the user comes out of “Dying will” he will feel the full affect that might cause him to be unable to continue fighting.
Note: while in Dying will the user 5 senses are pushed to the Max and increase the users reaction time dramatically improved tenfold
Note: While the user senses are push to the Max the user will have full control on how the senses work, so the user wont hear something so loud that it blow there ear drums’

This flaming sword is very unique because it is made totally of fire it has special abilities the first one is the sword is able to extend to mid range from where the user is standing and it just doesn’t have to go straight it can zigzag or even attack from above, the other ability is that the sword can be used as a whip to wrap around the opponent and demobilize him from moving at the same time burning him badly. Sword can be deactivated at anytime .

By later applying raiton chakra, the user can make the structure electrify and thus shock everything in reach. In order to keep the user safe from drownining, in the exact center of this technique there is an air bubble from which the user can control the technique and be safe from the shocks. If desired, in a single handseal, the user will be able to break down the jellyfish into countless (~50) small sized jellyfishes that can be manipulated freely.

The chakra/light from the pillars is bounced off of the complex system of mirrors inside of the half-skull and is then refracted out of the eyes of the skull, sending two rainbow chakra beams at the opponant that can incinerate them.
