Near calls Mayor Versuvio and informs him that the members are gridlocked in their vote. They cannot decide who should be lynched. Mayor Versuvio tells Near that it doesn't matter. He has chosen his own suspect. Mayor V explains he had caught Fallen Uchiha in the former Police Chief's office, snooping around, and that he suspects him to be Kira. At the public lynching in the town square, Fallen Uchiha, The Police Officer, is hung by his neck.
The Officers finish up thier investigations and return to thier rooms to sleep. death is inevitable, they think, as they fall asleep.
Night Phase: No posting til morning.

As the members of Task Force Kira awaken and make their way into the main room noone is surprised to see the body of Kushan on the floor, in a pool of blood. His arms slashed open and a razor blade in his hand, everyone knew Kushan's name had found it's way into Kira's Death Note. Kushan's appearence slowly started to change and after a minute the members realized Kushan had been a Shinigami!
