I went with Itachi, but I think you should have listed Tayuya. She was pretty good at Genjutsu.

Sasuke broke the Genjutsu...so...doesn't make him a better Genjutsu user.

Infact Sasuke will probably surpass Itachi when it comes to Genjutsu as he broke out of Tskuyomi with only 3 tomoe. And he managed to put Itachi in a Genjutsu. Even Zetsu commented on the abilities of Sasuke surpassing Itachi.

But he isn't a better Genjutsu user than Itachi right now as it was merely the fact he is an Uchiha and has mastered the 3 tomoe NOT Genjutsu.

And Madara you could argue is better than Itachi but only at Manipulation i.e. controlling people and Izanagi. But when it comes to Genjutsu doing damage Itachi wins.

I mean I even stated in my reply to you that I think Sasuke will ONE DAY surpass Itachi but right now Itachi is the best. Also remember Itachi is technically back from the dead.

Also remember you were the one arguing with someone about Madara not being the best Genjutsu user without proof....wheres your proof?
