These are both very good, especially the second one. They both have some flaws though. The first one is once again lacking flowing effects and has a problemw ith depth. You see, I see a perfect way of adding depth. If you sharped the image and erased the background and Sonic's far hand, you would've successfully gotten depth. The C4Ds don't flow, althugh the effects are nice, they have to flow. I would've liked to see a flow going diagnol to the lower right. The Kisame tag is very, very good, but your blurring and sharpening are swapped. What you blurred you should've sharpened and what you sharpened you should've blurred xD Kisame and all the foreground effects should be sharpened, while the background should be blurred. And remember, no extreme blurring. Just leave it as it is and sharpen what needs to be sharpened, because it's too complicated trying to do both and usually has overly extreme results. The thing that irritates me is Kisame's sword sticking out. you see, sometimes you have to edit a render. For example, when there is an unnecessary scarf extending out from a Kakashi anbu render, I erase the scarf. If there are ugly wings on the back of a game character, I erase the wings. If there is a sword that doesn't match the rest of the tag, I erase the sword. Oh, and the Kisame tag is a bit too monochrome, meaning it's all of one color and all the shades of that one color (In this case, dark blue.)
