sleep paralyisis it make ur worst fears real and make u face them with body unable to move even if tryed to scream no one will hear ur voice and u will feel that u cannot breath
in short words it is like the genjutsu

Yes I have had that before more than once in one night, about 3 or more! That sh!t is scary as fu*k

If you experience it again, focus your thoughts in moving the thumb of your feet and start moving all others from there. It works a lot for me. Sometimes, sleep paralysis are actually caused by some part of our body which may have gone numb due to a prolonged uncomfortable sleeping position, so don't be afraid.
