i think that "THAT JUTSU" is the tailed beast ultimate technique "the tailed beast Bomb" the frog said that naruto hasn't mastered the fox's chakra yet, but now he is learning the fox's rasengan the one that killer bee told naruto that it needs the fox's chakra control and its similiar to the original rasengan.
im not sure about this but its the most reasonable explaination i can think of.

Well this is the place where you share opinions and discuss. And when you strongly believe that you are right and you thing your theory might be true you try to prove it and find evidence and explain it so that the others understand your point of view or prove you wrong. It is kinda hard not to get too involved.
Don't forget it doesn't matter who is wright and wrong... we're all here to discuss. What difference does it make if in the end i am right and you are not? NONE

Second, it's the wrong question in the wrong thread. There are many threads that answer your question about Itachi's gift.

By the way, i've got tired of "that jutsu" question. Somebody wanna write an Email to Kishimoto and ask him nicely? Maybe with link to this thread? Would be an idea .. ;-)

kishi always brings something for us to ponder and wonder about anytime he reveals a secret or answers a question. hope it doesn't take too long to be revealed though. anyway i think that it might be a technique that will even defy the powers of the rinnegan. but it's just my thought though.

You know what, Killer Bee said that the rasengan was simmilar to the TBB and that put a thought into my head:
what if jiraiya taught Naruto that move not just so he could us it in a fight, but so it would be easyer to learn the TBB in the future? It makes sense, doesn't it?
jiraiya knew that naruto had the Kyuubi, and i doubt that jiraiya would teach a move as powerful as the rasengan to just annybody. After three years of using the rasengan, it makes naruto sooo much better at learning the TBB in the little bit of time that he has (with all the crap going on with Kabuto and the beginning of the ninja war.) I don't know for sure if the TBB is "that jutsu" but i wouldn't be surprised one bit.

You make some good points, but the first mention of "that jutsu" (when Jiraiya told Naruto not to use it as they tried to save Gaara) eliminates the tailed beast bomb as "that jutsu." The reason is because Naruto would have to know about the tailed beast bomb which he didn't, plus Jiraiya would never tell Naruto not to use rasengan.

There are a tons of arguments that other would say list mine as invalid as well, so we still have to wait and see.

yeah your right but what if minato had made that tech for naruto because he knew that naruto would not be able to go in full kyuubi mode and know naruto is still able to use the tbb

and naruto did not know of the tbb and he knows what 'that jutsu' is so i believe tbb is not that jutsu
