Alright, let's begin.
Firstly, I apologize if my replies take awhile. This isn't about speed but the amount of knowledge you gain in RP from these lessons.

*I sit on the chair and start to meditate. I close my eyes and start listening to the wind blowing. I keep meditatin while I concentrate on some smells that i can sense. ~Everything seems so peacfull and clean..senpai~. I continue meditating for another hour as trying to become one with the wind itself. I think of wind's purpose...why is it improtant to us...why can't we live without it. After another hour I come up with a conclusion: ~Wind's perpose...meh we need to live...it's the air that we breath 24/7...it has no end...~. I continue meditating...I can sense the wind current in the forrest. ~ the wind is blowing from East. Ever since I got here the wind hasn't stopped. I think this will be in great help since I am learning fire~ I continue meditating with my eyes closed untill you say so...*

*well wind takes the form of wind based attacks. These can be huge gusts or sustained wind storms. in battle we could use wind to attack or deffense but I think it's best for offense... it's strong against lighting and weak against fire...*

Actually, as said in the manga, wind tends to have a cutting edge, able to cut and slice through things when necessary.
-hands you a small leaf- Before we begin on the first D-Rank jutsu, I want you to learn how to use Wind Chakra properly. Imagine it in a cutting style, knives slicing against one another, and then cut the leaf in half with only your chakra.
Remember to place the leaf within the folds of your hand.

*I take the leaf and put in withing the folds of my hands. I then start concentrating my Futon chakra into the leaf as trying to cut it trough...I keep inserting my chakra more and more...I imagine the Futon chakra in a cutting style...knives slicing against one another...I then concentrate on cutting the leaf trough the middle with my Futon chakra... I then take the leaf and see that it's only little cut...I then take it again and insert even larger amount of Futon chakra in it as imagening how the leaf will get cutted in the middle. I close my eyes and keep inserting more and more Futon chakra till the leaf is finaly cut in half.*

*I perform the necessery handseals as inserting my Futon chakra into the sand. As I have gathered the sand with my Futon chakra, I slowly clumb this together into a mass of sand that I slowly but very very carefullu control. As I have gained full controll over the san I send it at the tree behind me....*

I want you now to begin sending your chakra to the air around you and begin spinning it as a shield over your body. Make sure to keep steady control of the acceleration. In a few moments, when I see that you have maintained of this jutsu, I will then toss kunais at you to see if it is strong enough. Also, keep in mind that it needs to be accelerating at a speed fast enough to also push back basic Taijutsu.

Yes, great! You were paying attention. 
Make sure you don't use this jutsu when you see an explosive kunai coming at you. The results won't be too fun.
Anyhow, on to C-Ranks.

Nicely done. Remember that this can be used with a teammate when they use multiple ninja weapons at once to propel their moves.

After that I concentrate on making sure that they have enough acceleration to be able to support shurikens withing them. -the clone poofs as you hit him with your gusts of wind- Nicely done. Now, I wouldn't use this jutsu much since it would take time to prepare it and also, rather easy to defend with a single strong fire attack. But I would say it's good for surprise attacks from behind.
