How did Sakura become Chuunin?

The rules state that you have to be in a team of three to enter the Chuunin exam. Naruto AND Sasuke were gone when she had to have taken the exam, so how could she have become Chuunin? I know we're WAY past that now, but I've just been wondering.

Okay... but what about Choji and Ino? Shikamaru was alread a Chuunin, so they couldn't enter with him... Maybe Sakura joined Team 10 in Shikamaru's place for the Chuunin exams.

Maybe Naruto joins with Konohamaru some times as well as Sai (if he's not chuunin already)xd

But Naruto will probably get a war promotion or something

sai's an ANBU, i dont think he need the Chuunin exam. and konohamaru has his team. I think if Naruto takes the Chuunin exams, he'll make two shadow clones and use transformation to make it seem like he's entering with two other team members. he really only needs them for the first exam anyways.

I don't think you HAVE to be in the chuunin exam to become a chuunin after you have taken the test already. I think its all on how they completed their missions, how smart they are as a leader and in battle, how strong they are etc.

I think Naruto would be (at least) at Jounin level considering the battles he fought already, but he's still a Genin. So it would be a little unfair if Sakura is Chuunin because of this but Naruto is still a Genin.
