Jiraiya wouldn't have said what he said if Minato didn't know about "that jutsu."

Also Jiraiya didn't even tell Naruto that Rasengan wasn't complete. Kakashi did that and instructed Naruto through the process of completing the rasengan (into the rasenshuriken).

Completing as in developing or adding elemental chakra.
Rasengan killed many characters or at least wounded them.


I don't think "That Jutsu" has anything to do with the Rasengan. That's just me though.

i think that justu might be an improvement on the shadowclones... i mean who knows what he could do with shadow clones. Itachi's shadow clones seemed to go alot further than Naruto's can. One hit and Naruto's clones are dust and Itachi's seem to fight until he calls them back. What if Naruto can make his clones do more...

A sealing Rasengan would be ridiculous if it's only motive was to seal something in a black hole or something. Cause then it would be no different from the FRS. Same effect, kills people.

If it is another Rasengan I am going to flip shit. Why would the sealing jutsu have use of the Kyuubi chakra? It probably has something to do with Yin-Yang.

I think its a version of the death god, that requires the power of a tailed beast. Or a super sealing jutsu that requires a tailed beast. What ever it is requires the power of the kyubi's chakra.

if that was the case there would've been clones the whole time... Naruto could've went 6 on 6 with pain. Only reason i think it's the shadow clones is because it was his first failure and most major failure... and until he read that scroll he sucked at the shadow clone. Who knows what else was on that scroll Naruto stole in the beginning

Ok PLEASE read the manga before posting and read the whole damn posts.
That jutsu isn't rasengan -> naruto perfected rasenshuriken before he talked to the toad and the toad again said "That jutsu".
And it's not that thing with the clones , because that would be useful but the toad said to Jyraia "Does he even need that jutsu?" so it's not that.
Putting a seal on the rasengan/rasensuriken wouldn't require soo much ckakra, and also naruto has no clue about seals (maybe except for the one he used agains the kyubi but i doubt he knew anything about that either)
As someone stated above it's a jutsu that requires a huge amount of chakra and i believe it's also very destructive and dangerous, if it wasn't then the scroll toad wouldn't have said those words to Jyraia.
And one more thing: of course Minato knew about that jutsu, he wrote the damn thing.

a sealing rasengan??? sounds a little far fetched i personally believe but that doesnt mean its NOT THAT justsu. i think "that jutsu" could indeed be something along the lines of a sealing technique, it would be fitting seeing as though its whats needed to defeat these "zombie ninjas" Kabuto brought back to life.

This "jutsu" is starting confuse me now.

The forth hokage didn't even mention it to Kushina as it would be for Naruto's sake in the future. This would be a good time to tell Kushina(on the deathbed) and therefore us too, if he doesn't say anything about it next chapter this makes me wonder what the hell is going on. Hes on the verge of sealing the fox now so Minato's time for talk is almost up.

So far all we about this technique is that Jiraiya/Naruto are apparently aware of this jutsu. Next chapter will tell us if Minato is really aware of this jutsu. So if Minato doesn't mention this jutsu before he dies I'm inclined to believe Jiraiya found out something new about the seal on Naruto and assumed Minato had plans for it to protect Naruto in the future. But the way the frog seal toad talked about this jutsu makes me wonder what kind of jutsu it is. He said "why does Naruto even need this technique" he then stated "Naruto hasn't even controlled the fox yet" so clearly you need the fox's chakra for this move. Naruto now has a large portion of fused with him now, but why would the frog talk about the jutsu like that if its hax jutsu used for defence or attack like most of us think, surely he knows Naruto is being hunted down for the fox.

We also were told the death god seal can't be used by a host who has a tailed beast. So I guess unless Naruto losses the fox in the future and lives(possible due to the Uzumaki clan's lifespan, Kushina managed to survive for a short while) it can't be the death god seal.

Recent past chapters have raised more question rather than answers about this jutsu in my opinion.

My peronal theory is that we have allready seen this jutsu in the manga series ( Gamatora said ' you will need this to perfect THAT jutsu' ) the word PERFECT caught my eye. i think it was used by the 3rd or the 4th but incompleted as it was too destructive and needed much chakra to be handled with . I can only say it can be FTG .Yamato , after Naruto got in to the fox cloak and assaulted Kisame, stated the ' he is not on the 4th's level yet' but i donot know , maybe it is just me. Discuss

That would be absolutely astonishing to have the FTG with no seals. Naruto would reach a level where he and Madara would fight seemingly forever as one phases through attacks and the other teleports around them.

I'm torn though, I really want to see "that jutsu", but when we do it may be really close to the end of Naruto.

Jiraiya said, "I believe that he (referencing the 4th Hokage) meant for Naruto to complete that jutsu." Minato obviously knows about "that jutsu."
