Well not hidan, But Kisame > any kage.
Sasori, sure has hell can beat up at least Gaara and Tsunade easily.
And well Danzou technically was'nt a Kage, he is way better than Kage's, and equal to a god.

Anyway, Deidara can probably blow himself up unlimited depending on how much chakra it wastes.
That should be troublesome, at the least.

I'm not too sure about the outcome to be honest, the thing is, we know what Deidara is capable of, but since he's undead now and can regenerate at a ridiculous rate, its possible for him to just blow himself up like he did against Sasuke multiple times.
However, Oonoki might have some sealing trick up his sleeve, since that is the only currently known thing to counter edo tensei.

Tsuchikage would have raped the dead Deidara, that's for sure. We haven't even seen the full potential of the Tsuchikage, but we know something about the devistating power of his Jutsu - Akatsuchi stopped him to use it because it's to dangerous. Deidara has already used his full potential in the fight against Gaysuke and he FAILED.
