I start off by forming 2 raikiri's in my hand.
I am my left hand at you causing a spear to come out of it. Since Raikiri is just a more powerful form of Chidori.
the chidori comes out instantly like a shooting spear meaning you have little to no time to react. once the spear implaes you your body is numbed stopping your movement(the spear hits you through your right shoulder). This disperses my first raikiri. when that is done to charge towards you and hit you with the raikiri in my right hand right over your heart. the electrical current passes through your heart stopping hit for a brief moment stopping the blood to all part of your body including the brain.

and at that moment, two pillars, rise out of the ground under your feet launching you into the serial waves...
When im launched towards the serial waves i chain together a few handseals and i let a burst of fire life my mouth that then turns into a giant fire ball.

once the fire ball makes contact with your serial waves it makes my fire jutsu stronger introducing a fire/wind combo that is racing towards you

moves in tremendous speed and cannot be controlled. If the user gets caught in it, it will harm him also.
It hits the fire creating a fire/wind/wind combo (3 elemental combo). The wind jutsu increases the speed and power of the fire jutsu making it hit you with a greater impact and it accelerates towards you.
I land on the ground awaiting to see your counter. While i wait my dual swords appear in my hand. I channel lightning chakra through them and wait your move

Description: The user summons the Dyuaru Yure(Dual vibrations) . they can appear in hand or on the users back. the swrods have black and silver colored handles and they are both long swords that share the same case. the user can channel lightning chakra into the swords to create an aura of electrical currents around the blades allowing them to cut through things easier. Also while the swords are active the users lightning techniques are increased by 10+ so that the lightning jutsu are stronger. Once every 4 turns the sword can channel lightning chakra through the ground to electrocute the opponent(The lightning chakra can travel up to mid range).
Also this sword can absorb lightning chakra up C-rank. This effect can only beused twice per battle
The twin swords:

(the user can only put an electric current around the blades 3 times per battle and the electric currents last 5 turns)
(Usable only once per battle)
( Wind element of user drops by 10 damage points )
(Can only be taught by Daemon)
(the Swords are about 3 feet long each)

I fall into the ground just as the fireball passes over hitting the clone and carrying him away, I manipulate his chakra to where he doesn't poof directly after, as I make my way towards you, from under you I use,

Description: The user, emerging from the ground below the target area, pulls down the opponent so that only their head is above ground. Unable to move, the opponent can easily be decapitated or tortured.
When i feel something grab on to my leg i stab my sword into the ground and pump the lightning chakra through the ground electrocuting you where you are. Since i stuck it in the ground the sword hits your shoulder.
Once you are electrocuted you are automatically stomped from pulling me underground. Your body is numbed by the shock.
I then backflip about 5 meters back. while im upside down in the air, i sheathe my sword and chain together handseals causing the earth around you to cave inward and swirl around you.

If the opponent is near when this move takes place it means near instant death as the chakra pressure seems to crush there bodies once released.

In terms of time frame your sword's ability does count as a move. It would be the same as if you threw a kunai at someone. It doesn't count towards your move set, but the person can certainly react to it before you use your first "actual" move.
regardless kirabi is doing something that interrupts the first move of daemon
furthermore if that is the case then lets go into an argument about kirabi's ractions
kirabi is below earth surely he doesn't think daemons sword can hit him below earth
what causes him to use nagashi?
secondly how does kirabi know what daemon is doing? the jutsu he used allows him to sense what's going on above ground but that probably refers to walking ect... and even if he can sense daemon stabbing the sword into the ground how does he know about the lightning chakra? without knowing about the lightning there is no logical reason for kirabi to feel threatened by the stab to the ground
for there is no way it can get through the ground
going even kirabi would have been using 4 moves in his previous turn

Basically, yes.
Lets say you started off by throwing three kunai with exploding tags at him. If he were to defend against that by using a wind jutsu to blow them away, that would be valid.
Not to mention after after using your sword's ability you sheathed it and jumped several feet away before starting the earth jutsu.
